Cheryl and family,

I am so very sorry for your loss. Charlie was the nicest, sweetest guy and it is hard to believe he is gone! I never saw Charlie angry or cross with anyone. He was so easy to talk to and was so intelligent! He was definitely a huge asset to our company. He will be greatly missed at Iatric Systems. Cheryl, I wish I were there to give you a big hug. Your family is in our prayers.

Dear Baxter Family,
Anyone who has worked or known Charlie over the years has come away from that experience a better man. He will be missed by all.

My family's thoughts and prayers are with you during this most difficult time.

So sorry to hear about the death of Charles. He was such a good child growing up. I haven't had to pleasure of seeing him since he became an adult but know he was loved by his Tennessee relatives. He was my oldest sister Jettie Baxter's grandson and she loved him dearly. Charles we will miss you
