I am so sorry to hear about your loss! I was a nanny for one of her students last year and it always amazed me how she always remembered my name and how she always said hello and bye to me everyday! Most people do not take the time since I am only a nanny but she always did. I never thanked her for that but it has always stuck with me. I will pray for all your family. She is a heart that cannot ever be replaced and will always be remembered.
God be with you and your family. I pray for peace to fill your hearts

I didn't know Stacey or the family, but hearing about this story just breaks my heart. I send my deepest condolences to the family and friends of Stacy through this time of sorrow, my prayers are with you all. May God comfort you and know that heaven has another ANGEL!!!
We wanted to say how wonderful Ms. Stacey was to our foster son. When he entered her classroom, he was nonverbal. She was so excited about helping him learn everything he could possibly soak up. She was passionate in her advocating for him and faced with enthusiasm the challenge of teaching him. When I had parent-teacher conferences with her she showed so much care, concern and sensitivity to his many needs. He is speaking sentences and communicating his wants and needs now, due to all that his classroom & Graham staff contributed. When we went this year to Kindergarten Open House, he had to stop to see her as he was sure that was where he belonged. She was busy with the new pupils but she bent down to talk with him and said how she'd miss him. She was extremely special to us. And we will always be grateful for all she gave to him.
Gerry ,Karen, and Josh. My thoughts are with you all. Stacy will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Every Stoner I have met is a friendly, caring and giving person. From what I've read, Stacey was born to be a Stoner. To you Josh, I can't imagine the void you are feeling. To his parents, to lose yet another child is beyond anything I can imagine. May God wrap you in his arms and hold you and console you, helping you to keep on for the sake of those beautiful children he blessed you all with.
Another angel has arrived at the gates of heaven now watching over the (Sherrock)Stoner family. She will always be remembered and felt in the hearts of many. Thoughts and prayers going out to her loved ones.

It was just over 32 years ago at this same time of year that my mother (and father) were also killed in a car crash. At that time my mother, also a teacher at Graham Elementary School, was mourned by a group of teachers, students, family and community and I know from this experience what a great comfort this will be for you, both now and in the future as you look back.

Although I did not know Stacey, I was heartbroken to learn of your family's tragic loss. Her passing will leave an irreplaceable void in her husband's heart as well as her small children's hearts. As parents, we should never be burying our children. Like Stacey, I am an educator. I teach Kindergarten. Through her years of teaching, she has touched many children's hearts and she has left a lasing impression upon their families. They will be griefing for her as well. I pray that God will envelope all of you with his loving hands and arms and that you may feel his Holy presence upon you. May you feel his peace and love surround you through these next difficult days, weeks, months, and years. Allow Stacey to live through you as you help her husband and children. Amen! To the Countless Family Members and Friends Who Loved Stacey,
Although words can change the world in so many important ways, I know that for all of you who loved Stacey, no words ever can make the world shine again as it did before this sad, sad day. Just as I know it is with everyone else who knew Stacey, my heart hurts for you all.
I knew Stacey through working with her on IEPs for foster children with special needs. Through that work, I have met many amazing, deeply compassionate people who are singularly dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of children with special needs. Still, even among stars, some shine especially brightly and warmly, and Stacey did.
For a long time, I did not realize whose much-beloved daughter she was, but I knew from the first time we met that she was a much-beloved teacher and a sweet, dear person. I always will remember her determination to raise money for an end-of-the-year party for the kids and how touching it was that her dad helped her make it happen. In her too-few years, Stacey made the world a better place through her work with the smallest, most vulnerable among us.
I just am so very sorry and sad for you all, and wish you comfort--somehow, some day--in your favorite memories of Stacey.
Michelle Whitley Turner
prayers are going out from my family to Mrs. Stoners.....childhood friend.... a wonderful mother friend wife aunt cousin & daughter!!....she is in a better place now just will be missed by all and loved my many.....
This all still doesn't make sense to me. As I read all of these posts I realize even more what an amazing person she was. Stacey had such an amazing impact on everyone who knew her. We all have to remember the good times because there were many. We grew up together and were very close. As I sit here and reflect, I remember hanging out in North Hampton, teaching her to throw a softball in the alley, going to church with her for the first time in N. Hampton, sneaking out and meeting up with Josh Stoner which turned out to be an everlasting love for her, the countless birthday parties, fighting with her in my parents living room and hugging 5 minutes later, new years eve parties at my parents house, and walking to Dianes Carryout. Just last summer she came to our cabin a few times and I talked her into getting on the jet ski while she talked me into getting on the tube. There are just so many memories I could never count them all. I am so thankful to have known and been friends with such a loving, caring, beautiful woman. My heart breaks for all of those affected by this. Karen, Gerry, Josh and the kids are in my prayers. Stacey is now with her brother Steve who she missed so much. We all have to remember she is in a better place now and we need to stay strong together.

May God look over you in Heaven and your family and friends here on earth. So sorry for your your loss. It's terribly sad and many are sad with you when we hear of such horrific accidents.
Our thoughts and Prayers are with all of the Family. Stacy will be forever with her brother, safe in God's hands.
Stacey was a great person, a wonderful mother/friend/wife. I had the opportunity to know her and call her a friend. My prayers go out to her family, husband, children, and friends. May God watch over the Graham district and her family in the coming days/months.
Sorry about your lose jerry
As a co-teacher of Stacey's, I am grieving and sending my deepest sympathies to Stacey's husband and children and her parents and extended family. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Stacey's dedication to her extended family here at Graham will always be appreciated and remembered.
