Dear Maggie, Keith and Kurt,

My thoughts, prayers and deepest sympathy are with you. I cherish all the wonderful memories of George and our familys working together at M Fashion. I'll never forget Georges beautiful smile and big hugs and Maggie remember how he loved making sure all the light bulbs were always working properly in the store.

Dear Maggie, Keith and Kurt,

I too was shocked to learn of George's untimely passing, and express my sympathies to you and your extended family. I first met George at the Delta Tau Delta house in Gainesville when I joined the 58-59 pledge class.
He was one of "coolest" guys in the chapter and rarely made us do unnecessary pushups for minor infractions. The fact that I was a Plant High grad was never held against me.

It is obvious his life was lived with passion, honesty, integrity and a whopping dose of love for his family and fellow man.

I also went through school with George. He was in my class all the way through Seminole Heights Elementary, Sligh Jr. High and Hillsbourgh High (Class of 56). We were very close neighbors growing up and our gang of kids had many adventures. After high school, we went our seperate ways and the last time I saw George was at our 50 Year Class Reunion in May 2006. My condolences go out to his family and friends during this difficult time.

Dear Maggie, Keith & Kurt,

George is truly an example of how the greatness of a man is measured by the number and quality of his friends. There is not a person that he met whose life was not forever changed for the better simply by having known George. Caring, giving and selfless; intelligent, impassioned and inspiring; George was, above all else, a true friend.

Though we were only recent additions to the near endless list of fans of George, it seems as though we have known him forever. And while we wish that we could have known him much longer, his impact on our lives will continue onward. His smile will never be forgotten.

Thank you for sharing your George with us.

With all of our hearts,
July 06, 2009
Dear Maggie, Keith, Kurt and Karlene and family,
You have been in my heart and mind since you're call. This leaves such a hole in ones heart to loose a loved one as George.
George always shot for the moon (in life) and even if he missed he was always among the stars. He is that star watching over us now. Beauty of life is one trait that George had and he has left us with this beauty and love of life.

George was a great guy, I did business with him for many years. It was always a pleasure to stop in and visit with him when he owned Dolloar Rent A Car, those were the good old days. I will always be proud to remember him as a friend. I sold him so many cars for so many years. I know he will be missed by everyone. I look forward to seeing him again.
