Chief, It was the best of times, and the worst of times. 10-10,10-42,10-98 old friend along with Ruth.
I was really sad to hear about Mr. Gallagher. He would come in City Hall with jokes in hand. He brightened my day every time I saw him. When he had insurance through the City he would make our mail a joy to get wondering what he had drawn on his envelope this month. If you could see the artistic expression he had it would make you smile as much as it did us. All I can say is that he was a phenomenal man. I will miss you Mr. Gallagher. Thanks for all the years of smiles.
You were a wonderful man, actually my hero. I wish I could be more like you.
He was what most men aspire to be.
He managed life with style , humor and class. Never to busy to help family and friends. A true privilege to know him. He can not be replaced only remembered. God Speed.
We will me miss you so much. You were such an amazing dad, grandpa and great grandpa. We love you so much grandpa. We will miss you so much and I know you are always looking down on us and the family.
Although it has been awhile since I have seen Chuck he will be missed. He was a well respected man.
I'm so sad to hear of the passing of Chuck. He was such a nice man and I had such high regards for him while working at MBPD. I'm glad he lived such and long and happy life.
So long my old friend, I will truly miss you.
