Dear Patsy and Family,

I was heart-broken to hear of Bill's passing. The Industry Council was the first department I worked for in the County. Bill and Patsy were great mentors and I think of them often. Bill was truly geniune, honest, and most of all brilliant. He will truly be missed. My prayers and thoughts are with Patsy and the family.

I was sadden to learn of Bill's passing. He was my first boss, straight out of high school. More than that he was also a great friend and teacher, he helped me to become a constructive member of the business world and society in general. At that time the Industry Council was located at the St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport. Bill, Patsy, Ellie and I manned the first Pinellas County Industrial & Aerospace Exhibitions that were held at the airport. I also had the honor of working with him in the early years of the PMA, he was also a driving force in that organization. I have many pleasant memories of the time I worked with Bill. He was a true professional and dedicated to serving Pinellas County. Patsy, my thoughts and prayers are with you and the Castoro family at this time of great sadness.

I worked with Bill and Patsy at the PCIC for several years, and I am truly saddened by his death. He was a wonderful employer and friend, and he will be missed by all who knew him.

I am so sorry for the loss of Mr. Castoro, to all of those who loved him, I am sorry I never met him, but his daughter Lisa always spoke highly of him, and I cannot imagine the pain of this devastating loss. I know there are no words that can help the pain, but I hope that God will comfort all of the people suffering and grieving. This world's loss is heaven's gain. I am praying for Mr. Castoro's family and friends, that they will feel the peace and comfort that only God can bring during such a horrible time. I love you, Lisa, and I am so sorry for what you are going through, and you and your family are in my prayers, now as always. Love, Dena
