I am so sorry for the loss of your loved one. Please find peace and comfort in Psalms 65;2.
Charlie Redfield was a great father-in-law to me. He shared many books, ideas, musical works and his generosity with me. I love the photograph that his kids selected for him as it is that very typical wry and slightly mischievous smile that I came to know so well. These were the grins he would give me, while sitting on his deck sharing a cocktail together, ribbing me about being his "white collar" son-in-law who "never got a callous on his hands from doing an honest days' work". Well, Charlie was a tough guy - no doubt about that, but his heart was never callous. He might get sore at people for not meeting his high standards, but that just shows he valued integrity, hard work and honesty. I will miss him sorely.
Red will be missed love his honesty and humor, was great to be with him one last time at the wedding. Rest in peace big red
