LODGE Frank On behalf of VicRoads, we offer our deepest condolences to the Lodge family on the loss of our dear friend and colleague. As an esteemed member of the Country Roads Board, Frank made a significant contribution to the community and region over 20 years, particularly in the duplication of the Princes Highway and the development of the Heytesbury settlement. He will be fondly remembered.
