How saddened to hear of this wonderful lady passing. My own mother worked at the Mutual Store in Melb. and seventy odd years ago Dame Elisabeth would come in to buy gloves and stockings from her. She comments how humble she was and how honoured she now feels to have served her as a client. Always positive and smiling. R.I.P.
