James Howard Ahokas Memorial service is Saturday for Credit Suisse executive, Denville husband and father James Howard Ahokas, 63, of Denville, N.J., passed away suddenly on Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2015, at Morristown Medical Center, Morristown, N.J. Visitation is on Friday, Jan. 30, 2015, from 3 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph, N.J. (www.tuttlefh.com). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Jan. 31, at 9:30 a.m. at the Chinese Christian Church of New Jersey, 232 South Beverwyck Road, Parsippany, N.J. (973) 335-0183. James was born in the Bronx, N.Y., and was a resident of Denville since 2011. He formerly resided in Montville, N.J. He was a member of the Chinese Christian Church of New Jersey, Parsippany, N.J. He worked as an assistant vice-president of IT at Credit Suisse, New York, N.Y., and retired in 2009 after 26 years. James was a member of the Boy Scouts of America Troop No. 240 of Riverdale, N.Y. He had his own Podcast with International Listeners. He was an expatriate working with Credit Suisse in Asia, including Hong Kong, Singapore, and Tokyo. He is survived by Debbie, his loving wife of 25 years; daughter, Jennifer Ahokas of New York City; son, Michael of Hong Kong, and his sister, Janet Betz and husband, Stephen, of Mexico City, Mexico. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins. In lieu of flowers, donations are requested in his memory to the American Cancer Society, Eastern Division, Inc., Attn: Memorial Processing Center, 6725 Lyons St., P.O. Box 7, East Syracuse, N.Y. 13057.

I pray that the Ahokas Family recovers well from this sad sad loss. I'm sure that you can't wait for the day that you see Richard again. In the Bible book of Job Chapter 14:14,15 it brings us comfort in knowing that God yearns to bring our loved ones back to life also. Continue praying. I hope this brings you comfort & hope.
