Janice C. Bachmann Proud Elks member, dedicated Rosedale Cemetery employee Janice C. Bachmann, 69, died on Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2015, at Mountainside Hospital in Glen Ridge, N.J. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the memorial service at the Rosedale Cemetery Chapel, 408 Orange Road in Montclair, N.J., on Saturday, March 21, 2015, at 12 noon. Born in Newark, N.J., Mrs. Bachmann lived in Bloomfield for the past 53 years. She was a dedicated employee of Rosedale Cemetery for 40 years. She took great pride in being a member of the Newark and Bloomfield Elks, where she made lifelong friends and enjoyed all of their acitivities. Jan was the loving wife of the late Ronald G. Bachmann for 41 years; daughter of the late Joseph N. Gaskin and Fredda E. Gaskin Sprang; loving mother of faithful pup, Charlie; sister of the late Joseph N. Gaskin II; aunt of Denise Boggs, Scott Gaskin, Suzanne Browne, Jill Gaskin, Sue Henn, Kristin, and C.J. Bachmann, and many great- nieces and nephews.
