For the hard days... I miss you and love you with all of my heart.
Thinking of you...Remembering. ...Reflecting on stories shared, time lost, & tears shed......But with appreciation for having the chance to know you, to see into your heart and to know. Rest in eternal peace.
There is a place unfilled...
Remembering you on your birthday...
Love you always and forever.
I first met Dick in the early 60's
Like Keith I was a boy dating his daughter. This in its self was a dangerous experience. :)
As I got to know Dick he became a friend, yes we saw different on things sometimes but we always respected each other and the family.
To the kids,
Be strong and keep the family alive.
Richard was a most remarkable character and one of my most memorable and favorite patients. His daughters were unfailing in their support of their father which undoubtedly enabled Richard to enjoy his life to the fullest extent possible. I already miss all of them. Gary Grammens MD
Dick(Dad), I'll never forget your character, your toughness and the laughs we had but mostly the fact that reguardless of history, you and ma always treated me as family. That meant a lot to me and so did you! Love Keith
I love and miss you so much, Grandpa! I'll never forget you.
Dick was our next door neighbor for the past 10 years. He would always watch out for us and everyone on the block. He taught us about life. He always had a story, a joke, a bit of wisdom, and a smile.
Our neighborhood will never be the same. It feels empty right now.
Thank you Uncle Dick for loving us, and taking care of us!!
We will miss you!
To the Cotton family, my heart goes out to you all. Dick was such a great man and for me growing up at Quality as a teen he was also my friend and confidant. I could tell Dick most anything and know I was going to get an honest ( sometimes brutally ) answer or opinion. we talked about everything from girls to cars to motorcycles to what a spoiled little #% I was. He taught me how and about alot of things that I still use in my life. He will always be in my heart and the hearts of the entire Meyer family. The loyalty and hard work that Dick put into his career and friends is a legacy in itself. Thanks for sharing him with both the Meyer's and the Quality Family.
My sympathies to all of the family.
