Denny so sorry to hear of your Dad's
passing. I'm sure he will be missed.

Uncle Hank, All those Easters you and Emily so graciously hosted for the huge Zwak clan for so many years; you don't know how much that meant to us. Those memories are among my fondest from my childhood. Thank you, Uncle Hank and Aunt Emily, for being the kind and loving people you were. Your love lives on in your children. With all my love and sympathy to my cousins, Love, Rebecca

Often, I associate smells with memories and when I get a wiff of one of these smells I am instantly transported back to that memory. I will always remember the smell of the juniper bushes along the side of your house on 71st circle. The smell of slightly stale white bread that we threw off your porch to fed the ducks. The smell of a particular grass that surrounds shingle creek. and of course, the smell of wintergreen lifesavers. I will hold these smells and memories and love with me forever. I love you Grandpa. -Eve

Grandpa, this is what I remember:
Riding in the parade
Sitting together, eating split pea soup
Strawberry rhubarb pie
Peppermints
Picking up litter off the highway
Golf on the farm
Playing cards for nickels
Fishing for carp on the pond
Sharing an ice cold Pepsi
Holding me close, rocking me to sleep

You may have moved on to the next world, but these memories will be with me forever.

I love you Grandpa.

Henry taught me much with very few words. Like all good leaders, he lead by action. He was a true member of the greatest generation.
