I was sorry to hear of Ramsey's passing. He was such a fine man.

From our entire family, our condolences on the passing of your father. The strength of your family is in the lessons learned by he and your mom. Let that strength hold you together now during this difficult time. Thank you for sharing him with us. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

Ramsey always treated me as if I were special and yet..it is he who was the wonderful man. He left a great footprint on this world by helping others and being kind to everyone.

Dear Emmy, Cleve, Claudia, Carcy and the extended Clinton family,

I am so sad to hear about Ramsey's passing. He was truly one of the most remarkable people I have ever known. Kind, funny, and outgoing in the extreme, he made a mark on me and on everyone he met.

As a teenager, I spent countless hours in the Clinton home, enjoying the warm atmosphere that he and Emmy created for whoever showed up. I have described that atmosphere often to my wife, Diane, as we tried to create one like it our own home.

If Ramsey was nearby, you always knew it because of his big, distinctive laugh. I think that's the thing I will remember and miss the most. You are all so lucky to have been part of his family. I will always feel as though I was part of it, too.

With all my love.
