"Forever and a day"
On November 10th, I walked in the Race for the Cure in your honor. It was a very emotional start for me, I felt you with me.
We walked many of the same streets that we walked just days after your first chemo, but you always had a smile that day. That smile stays with me. I have beautiful memories of you and I will cherish them always. Thank you for entering my life, we're better for it.
Blessings on your family,
Yes, one very long year. Not a day goes by when I don't think of you and miss our Wednesday morning phone calls. You would be on your way to work and we could chat for a bit to catch up. Whereupon you would arrive at your destination for your Wednesday morning treat: a cappuccino. Know you are missed greatly by all who knew you. Anneth, you will forever be my hero. It is my hope you are with those who loved you, too; Mom, Art Carney, and Billy. I love you and you shall always be in my heart, my been sister.
Today marks one year since you left for heaven. Your happiness and your smile live on in a wonderful young man named Kallen. We hear your voice in his laughter. The hole that you left in my life seems at times a grand canyon. Your eternal optimism teaches me to try to fill it. The shovel is small. The lads still look up the driveway at the golden hour, waiting for you to arrive home from work. And many people say they have fleeting moments of expectation too. At least your memory and your love lives on. It will always do so with me.
“Forever and a day”
It has been 6 months now since you left this earth. I still miss you and love you like crazy. I wish you where here in person to see how much kallen has grown in such a short time. Its hard not being able to send you a text in the mornings still, just to see how you are, and send you a picture for your "kallen fix". I'm glad my son had an amazingly strong Grammy. Missin you like crazy here on earth. We all love and miss you. We shall meet again. Hope your still baking the other people in heaven with you orange cookies. You are an amazing woman an inspiration to me. Always full of light and life, I couldn't have been blessed with a better extended family than you and Dave. Rip ann love you.
I enjoyed chats at work with Ann - she just had a lovely light about her. How very strong she was - peace be with you Ann.
I met Annie when my son and his wife moved to Austin. Annie welcomed this young couple with open arms and made them welcome whenever she could. Annie you will be missed. love, Peg Ciraldo
Annie's smile could light up a room. I count myself lucky to have met her and to have traveled beside her. Much love to Dave and the family.
Annie showed us the definition of strength and courage; she is an inspiration to us all. I feel so blessed to have known Annie as colleagues, but more importantly as a wonderful friend. I will cherish our talks, especially when we took our walks together. You have taken a part of me with you my friend, but thank you so much because you have left me with such wonderful memories. I will truly miss you Annie, but I know I will see you again. Until then save a walk for me. Rest in peace my friend, you have truly earned it. Your friend always
My big sister, my hero. I will forever miss you. Know you will be in my heart for always, just like mom. Thank you for all you did. I love you, Anneth.
I am the luckiest person in the universe to have had Annie in my life. I only wish I had more time to be with her.
Annie was one remarkable lady, she never complained and was an inspiration to all of us. I miss our Friday "happy feet dances." Rest peacefully my dear friend until we meet again.
I never had the opportunity to meet Ann but I know she was very special person as Dave always spoke lovingly of her.
Every moment we spent with Annie was a joy .... She was a very gracious lady.
A beautiful spirit has gone home. Ann will be missed because she loved so much.
In Matthew 5:14, Jesus says, "You are the light of the world." Annie was a light in this world. I miss her, but will see her again when we meet in heaven. I pray that Dave and her family and friends can feel God's comforting armas around them at this time.
Annie was a special friend who always said something good about everyone. She was one of the strongest people we knew. She will always be in our hearts. With Love,
I only hope that I can be half the aunt, mother, grandmother, and wife that you were! You will forever be missed by us all!
She looks so happy with her grandson! I can certainly relate. Peace.
Ann was congenial, loving, compassionate, selfless, and a great hostess. More than that she was a good listener and she did not judge others. I would like to be just like Annie. I will miss her very much. I'm praying for her family, and other friends, to find the peace of Jesus as you share your grief with Him.
My dearest friend. Many years so many memories. I will love you forever. I will not say goodby I will say Til we meet again. I love you Annie.
