My heart and prayers go out to your family. Although I have not seen you in over 30 years, I so remember the times we had growing up with you and Brenda. Yall were my sisters. I still tell everyone today that you and Brenda beat me up till at least the 6th grade. You were like a Sister to me and I will miss you greatly. God Bless you! God Bless your family!
We are sorry for you loss.
Lorraine was a good friend and we had many goodtimes together with Lisa, Liz, Scotty, Arthur, Joel, Blake and many more. We hung out, went swimming, played ball, hauled hay and no matter what ever we did we had a blast doing it. We are sorry for your loss.
What a vivacious soul you have. You are a woman I am so happy to have known, and one whose generosity, genuine caring, and fun spirit I aspire to emulate.
What's comforting me now is knowing I never have to let go of you--through the lessons learned, fond thoughts remembered, and laughs shared.
I am so grateful to have shared time with you, Lorraine.
May God Bless all of you and your families.
My deepest condolences to Lorraine's family. Lorraine was a wonderful person with a huge heart! I will always remember her beautiful smile. She will be truly missed.
Those we love don't go away, they walk beside us every day. Unseen, unheard, but always near. Still loved, still missed and very dear. We will never forget ...
Lorraine was our investigator in FJD civil and helped me and another ADA, Leslie, with a particularly long and involved trial for termination of parental rights. When the verdict terminating parental rights was announced, the mother lunged at me and Leslie and she would have attacked us had it not been for Lorraine. With incredible speed and dexterity, Lorraine jumped between us and the mother and was able to subdue her. She had no thought of her own safety, only of ours. But,that is the kind of person Lorraine was, always putting others first. We are all going to miss her so much.
Sometimes we wonder if God made a mistake when he takes one so close. He. don't. He had need of another wonderful person to fill his kingdom. Lorraine please whisper in God ear to save a place for those of us you have left behind
Lorraine was my neighbor and a great one at that! She saw my 14 year old dog several blocks from home-wandering around-took her home with her until she saw me come home from work and returned her. I didnt even know she was missing!
Lorraine frequently was out front washing her car and gardening and always had a wave and a smile. My heart goes out to Johanna and her family for their great loss.
Lorraine, it's been very good knowing you and working with you. I enjoyed the time we had at the Austin Police Department as patrol officers. I was happy to see you again at Travis County court house. It's been very good knowing you. You are very well loved and will be highly missed. My Condolences go out to your family and friend.

I learned of Lorraine's passing today and felt a wave of sadness. Lorraine was a great person and knew her stuff. She was a great mentor in the LE world. What a great picture to remember her by. I used to tease her about her insane love for Schnauzers and she gave me a Schnauzer ornament for Christmas to hang on the tree! I still have it. Thank you Lorraine for the smiles. Rest in peace and my prayers are with your family.
