What to say to someone you have not spoken to for years and find out their husband has passed. U are NEVER alone. I lost my dad in July and had to do it by myself. U are a GREAT mom and VERY strong women. I can't stop thinking of you and how we both lost someone very close to us pass in the same year. I know you and your beautiful kids will be strong. I love you Jenna. I really mean that.:-* I will be calling very soon. Love LaQuita<3:-*
Dear Ehlinger Family:
I just learned of Ross' passing. Please accept my most sincere condolences. I had a number of cases with Ross on the other side as the opposing attorney. He was a man of integrity in all things and such a credit to our profession. While it had bee a couple of years since I had a case in Austin, we spoke from time to time over the phone. He would always talk about his family and kids. Truly an amazing man.
I offer my sincere sympathy to you and your entire family. I worked "against" Ross on a number of cases over the last ten years. He was simply the best combination of talented attorney, ethical gentleman, and positive personality. There is not attorney with whom I would rather have a case.
His passing has brought me great sadness, but has also inspired me to reflect on the things I'm doing in my personal and professional life. Stated simply, I would like to be more like Ross. He was a great example for all of us.
I wish you all the best in the years that follow. He will surely look down and smile on all of your successes. May his memory and spirit comfort you in your times of need.
Words are not adequate in telling you how heartbroken I am to hear of your immeasurable loss. I can only imagine the deep pain and grief must be overwhelming at times, but I also know your Father in heaven will fill your every being with His love and comfort as you trust in Him. Ross was a great man of faith, honor, integrity and a strong, wonderful presence in your life and your children's lives. As Easter comes, may you be reminded of the hope & assurance you have in Jesus, that this is just a temporary seperation and you will one day be with Ross again. Until then, may Jesus wrap you and your precious children tightly in His arms and may He heal your broken hearts with each new day! With heartfelt prayers of comfort. healing & love,
I'm so very sorry for your loss and all that you have been going through. I learned about Ross just before Spring Break and how wonderful his service was. You must be so proud of your kids. We will be thinking of you all and praying for your healing. Much love and blessings.
Dear Ross Ehlinger Family.
I only learned the stunning news of Ross' death today. He was an exceptional lawyer and a great man, husband, and father who always talked about his beautiful children and wife. I am saddened for the loss of Ross. This world has lost a treasure.
Brian and I are at a loss for words. We just heard the news and are so very sorry. We know what an incredibly strong person you are and know that Ross is still with you to help you and your family get through this. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Xoxo
Being opposite of Ross on many cases, Ross never made me or my clients ever feel uncomfortable. Starting with his terrific smile, Ross had an unique ability to bring a positive vibe to contentious situations. For the seven or so years I knew Ross, I looked up him – not only as an example of how to live as an honorable man in a profession that tends to test the extent of one's character, but because he was simply a cool dude. He will be truly missed, but never forgotten!
Dear Ehlinger Family and Friends,
As a member of the triathlon family, I was shocked to hear about Ross. He sounds like a wonderful family man and friend who was full of life, energy, and kindness. Know that you have the support and prayers of so many people who are thinking of you and of Ross.
Ross- the next race is for you.
Jena, Sam, Jake, Morgan & all the family,
We are so sorry by your loss. Ross was a class act on all levels! He will be sorely missed by so many.
You will be in our continued prayers.
God Bless You,
Jena, I was so sorry to hear about Ross. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
To the family, i am very sorry for your loss. I did not know Ross very well but I do know he was a really nice person. I would always see a smile on his face during the westlake prep league basketball games.
To Sam & Jake, please keep your heads up. For your dad will always be watching over you.
Our hearts break for all of you. We feel so blessed to have known Ross. He has left us a beautiful legacy through each of you. We will carry on his love for God, family, and fellow man together.
Oh Jena - How sorry we were to hear about Ross. Though it has been many years, Jeff and I reminisce fondly of those early times together with you both. Our prayers are with you and your children.
My sincere condolences and deepest sympathy to you, your family and close friends, Did not know Ross but I had been involved with the original inception of this event back in 1980 with the San Francisco Dolphin Swimming and Boating Club and the South End Rowing Club located in Aquatic Park by Ghiradelli Square. Ross sounded like everyone's friend and a loving family man. His legacy will live through all those whom he touched.
As a triathlete, I am sure Ross had a huge joy for life. My dad passed away in the Ironman Canada Triathlon in the swim portion in 2009 so I feel for your loss. Take heart in that he is in a great place now and that he passed on doing something he loved! God Bless!
Dear Ehlinger Family,
We are heartbroken about your loss. It was too soon for Ross to leave this Earth. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
With deepest sympathy,
The Nelson Family (Connor, Patrick, Steve and Erin)
As a long time member of the Triathlon Community my heart is filled with sadness as this world has lost a great husband, father and friend to so many. That's the true mark of how someone has lived their life is by the lives he has touched! And Ross obviously touched many! May you find peace at this very difficult time.
How I will miss you my friend. Thank you every moment shared. Rest, knowing your Sbrocco's will pour a lifetime of love on your four.
Dear sweet Jena,
I am so deeply sad about Ross and so sorry for you and your precious children. I will always remember how madly in love he was with you from the second you two started dating at UT. I will also always remember his gregarious personality, his bright smile and his huge charisma - from high school thru adulthood when we would run into each other. I am so very sorry for your loss, Jena. I know he set an extraordinary example for your children on how to love and how to live. He will always be in our hearts.
All my love and deepest sympathies,
Amy Hendin Shaper
Dear Ehlinger and extended families, I am so sorry for your loss. I had the pleasure of working on many small cases throughout the years with Ross and what always struck me was how, even if it had been years in between, he would remember me and was always bright, passionate and warm to me and everyone in court, no matter who they represented. I pray that the pain of your loss will heal quickly and be replaced by positive memories of such a caring and giving man. Sincerely,
I was so sad to hear about Ross. I know your family is in shock and just taking one step in front of the other. I am praying for each of you. I always held a special place in my heart for Ross.
I worked with Ross many times over the past 15 years. He is one of the best people I've ever met. He always talked about family. He was always smiling.
I am very sorry for your loss. Ross will be missed by many. I will miss him very much.
Wishing you comfort and peace,
I am so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers go out to your family and friends.
I am an Austin Triathlete who was also participating in the Escape from Alcatraz last weekend. I was sad to hear a fellow Austin Triathlete was taken from this earth doing a sport he loved. May peace be with you and your family.
So sorry for your loss, my heart goes out to your family at this time.
So sorry to hear about your loss. I was racing in that race as well. I am 45 years old and it really hit home. My family and I pass on our condolences.
Dear Jena -
Kevin and I just wanted you to know how heartbroken we were to hear the news about Ross. I remember what a great guy he was in college and I can tell he was such a wonderful husband and father! We are so sorry we could not be there today to give you a hug in person and please know that you and your precious kids are in our constant thoughts and prayers. Love, Kathleen
Our thoughts and prayers are with your family in this difficult time.
I lived next door to the Ehlinger's for quite a few years and watched Ross grow up from a young boy to a teenager. I was there many times when Dan (and I by association) reluctantly had to baby sit Ross on a Sat. nite while his parents went out for the evening. Even though Dan absolutely hated doing this, you could tell he always loved and thought highly of his little brother as did I. Seeing Ross (and you a few times) intermittently during his college years, I could tell what a great guy Ross had grown up to be and I was proud to know him.
I am so sorry for your loss and am devastated at having heard of his passing. He is greatly missed.
May God give you and your whole family the patience, wisdom and faith to know he's in God's Grace now and his spirit is still alive and remains, just in a different dimension. Please know you can count on us , just let us know what we can do to ease your grief and pain.
The reality that we are all mortal is a very hard thing to take, I have worked with Ross on different cases for the last 10 years or more, and he was always a great guy, we always took time to BS and talk about family and brag about our kids and what they were doing. We both loved tri's so we talked about that too! His office was across the street so I would often just drop by to pick up paperwork and shoot the breeze.
Please let us all know what help you could use and what we can do, we all feel so helpless, and as you know lawyers are an action bunch, not a sit around bunch. I know I speak for all the ones who have written you a note, that if we can help we want to help. Your husband knew that just because you were a lawyer, it didn't mean that you couldn't be a good person. He was always a good person first of all. He always said I better be nice or my wife will be mad at me. You were obviously a great influence on him.
Deborah Hensley Loewe
Attorney Austin Texas
Thinking and praying for you and your sweet family. You have always been the example of a loving and compassionate person in the office and my heart breaks for you during this time.
So very very sorry for your loss Jena ! You and your family are in my families thought and prayers.... Always, Clare Stedman and family.
There are simply no words that could fill, in even the smallest way, the emptiness your beautiful family must feel in losing such an extraordinary husband, father and friend. What is certain is that Ross is being held in the strong, loving arms of Christ...and that he is speaking constantly to Him of his beautiful, heart-broken family. We pray that you hear his whispered words of love to you.....that even in the dense silence of his absence, you feel his "presence" in the love poured out all around you. May the Beloved bring you His grace, courage, and peace.
with deepest sympathy and many prayers,
Remebering a life which touched so many people in positive ways.
"...Thy Kingdom come, Thy Will be done..", so very hard to understand when the good and the best among us die young. May Ross rest in the Promises, Peace, Grace and Love for Evermore... in the Arms of The Savior, Jesus Christ. Many Prayers for special Comfort and Blessings for his sweet family and countless friends.

Vivian & Herb,
My heart goes out to you on the loss of
Ross. What a great young man. I remember
him as a fun kid. Love, Johnnie Gibbons
My best memory of Ross is the time he showed up for a deposition with an extremely fat lip, and explained that he'd been playing catch with his son and that his son turned out to be a better pitcher than Ross was a catcher. I always looked forward to seeing Ross, even though it was usually in the context of a lawsuit in which we were opposed, and I send his family my deepest sympathy.
I met Ross for about a minute in my boss's office recently. In that minute, it was obvious his kids and wife rocked his world daily and that his friendship with my boss was priceless. I left that office thinking to myself, "What an awesome guy! He seems like a great man and I bet he is a great friend." My heart goes out to everyone that Ross's life touched. His family and friends are all in my prayers.
This is Ricky Williams the basketball official in the WLYBA. I am truly shocked and sorrowed about Ross . He was a wonderful person to whom I know he loved supporting his sons in sport. My wife and I send blessing to the family .
Jena and family,
I am so deeply sorry for the tremendous loss you and your family are going through. I did not know Ross but my family and I suffered the loss of my father this August while competing in the USA national triathlon. There are no words to mend the pain but just know you are in our thoughts and prayers. If you ever need anything please don't hesitate.
We will always remember you. You have been a mentor to my husband and I always enjoyed hearing your stories - especially about your family. You loved them so much. You never missed an opportunity to hold and talk to our daughter. I still cannot believe it...
Words alone can't express our sadness and sorrow that we feel for your family. Please know that we will continue to keep you all in our thoughts and prayers. We hope that your wonderful memories and support of your community will help ease your pain. I know that the obvious love within your family is a testament to Ross' character that you will have to hold onto forever.
We are so sorry for your loss and will keep you all in our thoughts & prayers.
Jena and Family
My deepest heartfelt sympathy goes out to you and your family. May gods love, strength and hope be blessed upon you!
The Cochranes, Laura, Chase and Lucas.
We just recently got reintroduced after years of being out of touch, but I am so heartbroken for you and your sweet angels. Please find strength in the Lord and know that Ross is at his right side watching over you and forever will be. Much peace to you and the kids-
27 “Peace I leave with you; My peace I give unto you, not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
I worked with Ross both against him in cases and when he served as an Ad Litem. I cannot think of too many lawyers I have found more honest, honorable, friendly and compassionate. My sincere condolences to his family. He will be deeply missed. G-d bless.

So sorry for your loss. I participated in Alcatraz Sunday and my heart dropped when I heard the news. Sending peace & strength to your family.
The entire community is reeling and mourning the loss of such a positive person. Jena, Sam, Jake, Morgen, we are praying for you non-stop. We are all so blessed to have known Ross and he has had such a positive impact on our lives on and off the field. We should all try to smile at least HALF as much as Ross did! The world would be a better place! Much Love, The Torellis
Jenna - You and your family hold a special place in the hearts of all the Morgens. My father, Dr. Morgen, so admired and loved you, and your kindness to him through his illness was appreciated by all of us. I am so sorry for the tremendous loss you and your children have just experienced. I know that my father would have been devastated. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
Jena and family,
My heart goes out to you. A great loss. Although my time with Ross was a short time...we had a great time. Good memories of Phoenix and Maui. Toogood, J. George and I think the world of both of you and you will always be in our world.
Prayers for the entire Ehlinger family!
My deepest sympathy to your entire family. My brother Rich Angelo died this summer in the swim portion of the US Nationals Triathlon in Burlington VT. There is really nothing that can be said that makes this any easier. My family's thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this time.
I am so sorry that you have lost your dear Ross. How lucky you were to have found someone as equally as beautiful and giving as you. My heart aches for the loss you and your children are enduring. My love and prayers are with all of you.
I am a friend of Ross' brother Dan. I felt like I knew Ross because of the loving way that Dan spoke about him. My thoughts are with the entire Ehlinger family. Hal Glaser
My heart broke when Don gave me the news. You and your family always inspire me to be as loving and supportive of each other as you all are. Please know that you and the children are in my thoughts and prayers. You are an incredibly strong person, but take care of your broken heart and pull those children closer. You all need each other. Call on me if there is anything I might be able to do.
Love to all,
My prayers go out to the family of a fellow triathlete. I am sure it is hard to come to terms with Mr. Ehlinger's early death but he was greatly admired for the time he was on this earth. God bring the best to the family and honor this husband and father. God Bless.
Our hearts and prayers are with you all. God Bless and take care.
We are so sorry to hear about your loss. Know that we will be praying for you and your family.

Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this time. Ross was a special friend "brother" and I will forever hold those memories we shared close and dear to my heart. Respectfully, Tomishia "Tomi'" Williams (CTPW)
Jena, I have had the honor of calling the Ehlingers my friends since your boys moved into Eanes. And it's been a true honor because you, Ross and each of your children truly have a generosity of spirit that touch people daily. I pray you find comfort in His love for you. With love, Tara, John, Jack, Lucas and Mason Mireur
Sending you all hugs and lifting you up in our constant prayers. My heart breaks for you, Sam, Jake and Morgan; and all of Ross's family. I know we cannot fathom the reason for this turn of events, so we must put our faith in Him and rely on His strength. I know you are surrounded by an outpouring of love and support and we will all continue to be there for you and your precious kids. Much love and admiration and may God's love warm you with His grace and peace. Ross will be missed by so many as was truly a great man. Devotedly, Tracy and Jarrett Anderson, Mason and Clay
I have so many memories of Ross that I don't know where to start. So I will share just one.
About 7 years ago, one of the times I was depressed, you asked me "what can I do?" and I said that I was out of my Mac lipstick "Plink". Lo and behold, Ross left work that day, he drove to Saks, and delivered the lipstick to my house. I was asleep and didn't hear the doorbell ring. I later went outside to find a Saks bag with the tube of lipstick and Ross left a note for me which read, "Amy, I think you are awesome. Love, Ross."
He has a special place in my heart always.
I am so sorry for your loss - my heart hurts for you and your family. My thoughts are with you and your children.
Dear Jena and kids,
My family and I were deeply saddened to hear of the passing of your husband last weekend. While we have never met you, my father, Phil Coulston, passed in a very similar manner just over four and a half years ago in the Escape from the Rock swim. We found comfort knowing that my dad died pain free and in peace doing something that he loved dearly. Please know that our deepest sympathies and heartfelt prayers are with you today and always.
Ross was an outstanding attorney and a great guy. When I had cases against him, he always found time to talk about his own family and ask about mine. He was the kind of guy whose genuineness was apparent from the first time you met him. I know he will be missed dearly.
Hi Jena, my heart is breaking for someone I know loved and adored her husband. I can remember you talking about Ross when we were at camp together when you both were dating, and how special he was to you...I also remember you having a very strong faith which I know will see you and your family through this. Lifting you and your family up in prayer... Love, Janie Spillman Ruiz
Jena, our family sends love, hugs and prayers to you, Sam, Jake and Morgan. Ross was an amazing friend and role model to all. His smile, positive encouragement and love for life were a true blessing. He will be greatly missed. We pray that God wraps his arms around you to provide you peace and comfort during this difficult time.
Much love, Cari, Monte, Will, Wyatt and Weston Ezell
I'm so sorry for you and your children to lose your precious husband and father. You are so very loved, Jena.
Ross and I worked together for many years. He was a true good guy! He was so full of life and love for his family. My heart breaks for them. He will be missed!
Jena, I remember how radiant you were at the time of your marriage to Ross. To know such love is a gift from God. Ross lives on in the faces of each of your children, in the hearts of the kids he coached, and in everyone he touched in this world. Your family is an example of the power of love. You set such a high bar for all of us.
Jena, there are no words to express the deep sorrow upon hearing of your loss. You and Ross are two of the kindest people I've ever known, and Ross was by far the best boss I've ever had. You and your beautiful children are in my thoughts and prayers. The world has lost a great man. May happy memories bring you some comfort.
So very sorry to hear of this. I pray for peace and strength for you and the kids during this difficult time. May the Lord overwhelm you with His presence this very moment.
God bless you,
My dear Jena,
My heart just aches for you and your children. I hope you will continue to find comfort in the love that surrounds you and your family. God bless you.
Jena, Sam, Jake and Morgen,
We are so saddened by the sudden loss of Ross and send you are deepest sympathy. Please take comfort in knowing that Ross has a huge fan in heaven, Dr. Robert Morgen, who will comfort him and your family now and always. You are in are hearts and prayers.
What a kick in the gut. Lizette and I are grieving with you Jena. Our hearts and prayers go out to you, Sam, Jake, and Morgen. I am confident Ross will continue to be a guiding presence in all of your lives.
Sending love from the Morgen family. My father, were he alive today, would want to open his heart to you and the children, acknowledging the intense sadness and (as he always did) fanning a glimmer of hope in recognition of the beauty and goodness of life. Much love, Sandi Morgen
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. May Angels surround you at this most difficult time.
Jena, Sam, Jake and Morgen,
I am so deeply sorry for your loss. Ross was such a great human being - never without a smile on his face. My thoughts and prayers are with you guys.
Jena, may the countless memories and love of family, friends and your Westlake and V&E communities comfort you during this difficult time. My heart breaks for you, my friend. God bless you and your family. Love, Paige
My heart goes out to you and your family. I recall running into you many years ago at a triathlon in Temple. You were there to watch and cheer on your husband Ross, as he competed in what I believe was his first tri. I remember the male athletes were already in cue to start the swim, and you pointed out who Ross was. He turned and grinned at you. In that very same loving way, I'm sure he's grinning at you and your beautiful kids, now and forever.
We are so very sorry for your loss. You and your family
are in our thoughts and prayers.
Lynne & Stephen Settle & family
Jena, I am so very sorry. My thoughts and prayers are with you, Sam, Jake and Morgen. Kathy
My heart is truly broken for you and your family. Through the years working with you, I am so thankful I was able to hear you share some of the awesome times/trips/events Ross, you and your children experienced together. I always thought, "that's a man leading, loving and enjoying his family!" Please know you and your family are and have been in my thoughts and prayers. I pray God's overwhelming blessings on you and your sweet family.
Mr. Ehlinger represented our son in a structured settlement hearing in 2004 after we lost his mother in a car accident. I always remembered Mr. Ehlinger for how caring he was and sympathetic to our situation. I really felt we were in good hands. We are very sorry for the family's loss, and we pray that you know Mr. Ehlinger now walks with Angels in Heaven. God Bless.
Jena, sweetest Jena. My heart is soo soo heavy for you, Sam, Jake and Morgen. What I remember most about Ross was how I would blush whenever I saw him. He was so handsome, loved you like no other and was just a wonderful person. I will continue praying for you all and pray that your faith can grow stronger right now and trust in God for comfort. I love you, Jena. Love Marlee
Jennifer and I have you and your children in our thoughts and prayers.
I knew Ross from the time he was a young lawyer getting into his stride. He was a good-hearted man, with a sense of humor and a sense of honor. He is gone much too soon. My prayers go up for his family.
Jena, I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your husband. My heart is so heavy, I am thinking of you and your children and I am praying for you all.
We are so sorry for your loss. Ross coached Max's 1st grade lacrosse team, and Max continues to proudly display that team's photo (with Jake as teammate and Sam as assistant coach) in his room. Ross's positive influence with young and old men alike will be missed. Your family is in our prayers.
Ross was one of the best men I've ever met. I once told Jena that if a man could be cloned, it should be Ross. He was a great friend and like a second father to my kids. Love to Jena, Sam, Jake and Morgen.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you and the kids. Ross was an amazing person and will be greatly missed.
Paul and Kaye Eichler
My name is Adam. I lost my wife tragically almost three years ago and we had three daughters. I am so sorry for your loss. Tonight is the night I take them to My Healing Place which has helped tremendously with the children's grief. I took me about 3 months to start going but it has been very helpful.
God Bless you.
God bless your family for that he will still be with you no matter what.
We were shocked and deeply saddened to hear of Coach Ehlinger's death. He was such a positive influence on Luke's football season this past year...always giving him fist-bumps as he was running off the field...giving him high fives, tackling him on the sidelines. Luke felt a special bond with Coach Ehlinger...saying he was one of his favorite coaches ever! Our memories of Ross are all of smiles...and, when he smiled, his whole face smiled :) He was infectious! We know he will be missed terribly and we know that You and the kids will be surrounded by the love of family and friends...so many of them...Our prayer is that God will give you and the kids peace during this time of grieving. Our prayers will continue for you and the kids, Jena.
I knew Ross as an attorney, and he was certainly a fine one. But, what always impressed me was his love of his family and joy of being a husband and father. May we all emulate him for remembering what is truly important. We will miss him.
Jena, No words can give you comfort, but know that Ross is with our Lord and watching over you and your children.
So sad to hear of your loss. I don't know you, but am praying for you all! Love from a stranger...:)
Ross was an amazing man and attorney. He led by example and we are all better people and lawyers for having known and interacted with him. We will all miss him and there is a hole in the legal cosmos now. Our deepest sympathy to you and the kids.
Ross was truly an incredible human being. You couldn't help but be in a good mood when Ross was in the room. He brought out the best in all of us. Our community could not have asked for a better roll model as coach, or friend. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your children. May God be with you. We all loved him.
I am so sorry. Ben, Mollie and I have you and your family in our thoughts and prayers. God bless you and your dear family.
Jenna you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.
Jena, Ross was such an affable, caring, energic, commited, and charismatic man who deeply loved his family. Our thoughts and prayers go out to you and your children. I know your personal faith with carry you and your children. Know that our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. God Bless. We love you!
To Ross's family, Ross lived his life in a special way, with love and great energy toward every thing he did. My dad died of a heart attack at age 61 after straining himself at work. I was angry with him for risking his life. With time, I learned to accept the fact that dad was his own man, who had every right to live his life the way he chose, knowing there is risk in everything we do every day. We never know when we will be taken from our loved ones. Don't blame Ross. Don't be angry. Don't blame yourself for encouraging him to be his best. Love the man you shared for the time you had with him. As his friend, I will miss his laugh and smiles during lawer work. I learned he was a cyclist last month in court. "Are you one of those skinny guys in tight pants I see riding around on Sunday afternoons?" I asked smiling. "Yes. I love staying in shape and being in the outdoors." was his answer. Ross loved life, and his wife and children he often mentioned in conversation. I pray God will bless you Ross, and bless your family.
I am honored to have served with Ross on the Westlake Pop Warner Board of Directors. He was loved by so many and so well respected. He was a gift to all of us. My thoughts and prayers go out to his amazing wife Jena and their darling kids. May they find comfort in knowing how much he loved them.
Ross took a chance on me when I first passed the bar. He could have hired a hundred other more qualified lawyers. I will always be grateful for that. He taught me courage and to never, ever give up. I'm sure that sounds cliche but if you know Ross and have had the chance to see him in action, then you know what a profound contribution his attitude made to this world. Rest in peace my friend.
The more I knew Ross, the more I respected and appreciated him. He went from being a defense attorney, to being a worthy adversary, to being a friend. He is gone far too soon but he leaves a legacy of colleagues who hold him in the highest esteem and honor his memory.
I feel so privileged to have done a Tri with Jena and Ross at the SBTri this year. It was a memorable and special weekend; i will always remember the blue car, the many laughs and great times. He was an amazingly positive person and Jena is too. We love you Jena, Sam, Jake & Morgan.
Jenna, You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.
Kim & Matt Deal

Many of us kayak supporters for the Alcatraz Swim were very sorry he didn't make it, though we didn't know him. We are sorry for your loss.
I was on the opposite side of a case with Ross last year. I didn't get to know him well, but I could tell he was a fine lawyer and a true gentleman. He was proof that a lawyer can zealously represent his client, yet still be professional to opposing counsel. Ross will undoubtedly serve as a roll model for young lawyers for many years to come. I am terribly sorry for your loss.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Love you all so much.
