My sincerest condolences you the family of the famed Senator Inouye. I also salute him for his service to our country during WWII. My late husband Curtis served during the Korean Conflict. He was always thankful for men that had fought for our country during WWII. He collected many books and although not a scholar, he read them and taught me much about the subject..I was born on 12/26/42 so I knew only facts taught in school. I had two uncles who serviced in the Pacific Theatre but never spoke of it. I too am very proud of these wonderful men who are known as "The Greatest Genertion"! My prayers are with you.
