Bill,
Today I had hoped to tell you that what you so generously provided to Stan, Cy, Johnny Lee, Colleen, Anita, and me during that magic Austin weekend in 1975 was what Joe obviously gave to so many everywhere. We were so lucky to have been in the presence of such exquisite LIFE. No wonder your last name is Gracey . . .

Dear Kimmie and Bill,
My heart goes out to both you and your families. I have some wonderful memories of you and Joe, Bill. I especially remember being awestruck that you two broadcast a little radio show from your bedroom window when you were just kids for about a block or so and got shut down by the Feds! You all were really something from the very beginning. I know Dad and Uncle Joe and Doris were holding out a big Texas welcome for their favorite disc jockey. Happy Trails, Joe.

Bill Gracey, I can't believe I was listening to all my Todd Rundgren the other night, thinking about the old days, and now this. I know so much of your love of music came from Joe. God bless his soul. Love you - Megarity
