I worked with Barbara for many years at Willamette University. Sorry to hear of her pasting. She was a sweet person and was always concern for other people. She will be miss. May God be with the family and her friends at this time of sorrow.
I'm so sorry to hear that Barbara is gone from our lives and will be deeply missed. Everyone in her mom's family (Frattini family) is at a loss for words. We all loved Barbara along with her mom and dad, as they were with us growing up in Napa, CA area for many years in her early life. Our prayers are with you and your family. Love, Auntie Irene Reese (Napa, CA) and cousin Sandy Hutchinson in Stafford, VA.
I worked with Barb for many years at Willamette. Of course, she had been there for decades when I was just brand new and trying to find my way. I don't think she knew that she was an inspiration to me, and that she showed me how a dedicated servant can influence the culture of an organization. The world seemed a kinder, more hopeful place because of her presence. She will be deeply missed.
We both got to know Barb in the WU admission office, and we have the same memories of her spunkiness, kindness and calm. What a great member of the Willamette community and a fun friend. We're sad for her loss and wish the best for family and friends.
For many years Barb worked with my mother Verna at Willamette, and they were always enjoying life in a light hearted way = finding humor in almost everything but they were always eager to give students assistance with a sincere and caring personality. I have always thought of her fondly and am saddened by her passing.
Barb was always so sweet and caring. I remember a particularly difficult semester as a student working in her office during which she invited me over to her home to have a quiet place to study for finals. She even picked me up and dropped me off, since I didn't have a car. She was so supportive and wanted to see me succeed in academics. She had a heart of gold and will be missed. I'm so fortunate to have known her!
It was my privilege to have known Barb as a fellow Willamette University employee. Know that your family are in my thoughts and prayers. God be with you.
I worked with Barbara while she was at Willamette and have missed her since her retirement. She had the greatest smile and was always so helpful. I am so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers go out to your entire family.
