James Lewis McIntyre Jr., 91, St. Augustine, died June 27, 2014, at Flagler Hospital. He was born in Peekskill, N.Y., and had resided here since 1989. He was a veteran of the Army Air Corps, having served during World War II. He retired from General Reinsurance in 1986.
Memorial services will be held 1:30 p.m. Saturday July 5, 2014, at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 735 Kings Estate Road, St. Augustine.
He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Marion McIntyre, St. Augustine; sons, James III, Scott and his wife Norine, and Brian; sisters, Jean Morton, and grandchildren, Brittany and Kirstin; and nieces and nephews.
St. Johns Family Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
