Jeanne Goedert has left a special place in my memories and my heart. People sometimes come into your life and you don't ever want to let them go. So it was for my husband, Dennis, and me when we met Jeanne and her beloved husband, Jack. We called her our Fairy God-Mother as she helped make choices in the construction of our new home.
Jeanne was unique--a smart, beautiful woman--delicate, but strong to the core. She overcame physical challenges several times that would have defeated a lesser person. and she did it with great humor, grace, and dignity.
The most important thing in her life was her family; her son, Scott and wife Susan, her daughter, Becky, and granddaughters Kelley, Katie, and Ann. To them I send my love and heartfelt condolences in their loss. You've lost a good one.
