He was my best friend. He was very proud of his accent from Bani, Dominican Republic. He was willing to travel with his gun at all times for any Sheriff in the State of Florida. I left St Augustine to mourn his death.
Thank you for cheering me up Manuel. I’ll have a drink for you at the Irish Pub in Tampa, Florida where I’m from.
As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

To George, Anna Marie, and family, I am stuck deeply with the death of of your father. He was always so kind to me as a young man in Raiford, and at the beach home. May the Lord rest upon your hearts just the best.
Love to all,
Greg Waters
