To the Boros Family, my heart goes out to you all. I have fond memories of Steve when he was living on Pasadena with his Mom and Dad and going to spring training as a young Tiger. All the Lynch's feel your grief and with all respect pray for our dear friend Steve.

DEEPEST SYMPATHY TO ALL OF THE FAMILY. I REMEMBER STEVE AND HIS BROTHER DAVE FROM MY SCHOOL YEARS. THEY LIVED RIGHT BY NORTHERN HIGH SCHOOL. STEVE WAS QUITE THE BALL PLAYER EVEN IN HIS EARLY DAYS AND DID PLAY SOME BALL WITH US NEIGHBORHOOD KIDS. ALAS, THE GOOD OLD DAYS!!

I'm a proud Tiger fan but the home run Gibson hit for the Dodgers still sticks out in my mind and to know Steve helped orchestrated it is something special. Johnny C. WETH.CT>
