Andrea, many years have past since I went to SIUE, but you for some reason were in my thoughts today. I did a search and found this article and am sorry that you lost your father last year. Hope all is going good for you and my thoughts are with you and your family upon the one year anniversary. Your father was a wonderful businessman and father.
My thoughts and prayers are with you. He was a great man and you his first lady served your fellowmen well. May you be comforted by God's steadfast love and the love of family and friends.

To Wetzel family. May the God of all comfort be with you during this time of bereavement. We all yearn for better conditions, it's refreshing to know that God's word speaks of a time when all sorrows will be gone and that mankind will live in beautiful surroundings with nothing to fear.- Isaiah 65:17,21-24, will shed light on this further.
Dear Carol, Andrea, Scott and The Wetzel Family: The photo placed in the photo gallery came from my photo album. This pic of Bob I thought was very good and he is so young. I think he was still attending college. The year is 1957 & the date is on the photo. I did not know how to place his name on the photo. Ron and I are saddened about the loss of our friend Bob. He has been a great citizen, and good leader in the Community. I know he will be missed so much by his family and friends. We send our prayers and warm wishes to you all. Nothing can fill that void in one's Life except the love of family and friends.God Bless and Keep you SAFE! Dr. Ron Yarbrough & Rose Somraty Yarbrough, Collinsville, IL

The measure of a man is not how he treats those who can help HIM, but how he treats those who CAN'T. Bob was ALWAYS very nice to ME.

Many of us will have wonderful memories from the time Bob was still called Robert in grade school, his time at EHS, and his time at the Bank of Edwardsville. Our condolences to his family.
