I knew Terry for 25 years and he was my Lieutenant for several years. He listened and offered advise even at times when I didn't want it. He was a man who understood his people and offered guidance to each and everyone of us in hopes of making us better police officers. He did have a gentle side though not often seen. He was very much by the book and he knew what was right and what was wrong.
Kayla asked me today at the service if I had ever seen "The Look" to which I told her I had seen it several times. LOL
God Bless Terry's wife Sue and all of his children and grandchildren. He is in a much better place today. 10-42, End of Watch.
Thinking of you and your family at this difficult time. Our warmest condolences, The Management & Staff of Harvestowne Irrigation Company.
