Not sure what to say?

To the Gentile family, sorry to hear about your loss. He was an enjoyable person to be around. I knew him from the St. Adalbert neighborhood and had an opportunity to visit with him at his home on the Hill, about twenty years ago. I witnessed a genuine, kind and
sincere man. You are in our prayers.

To the whole Gentile Family, When I was a kid, my dad, Ed Huneke Sr., would introduce me to Pete Gentile if they happened to see each other at a soccer game. They'd always laugh about how they had to run all the time when they went to Beaumont High together because nobody had a car. My dad always said Pete was a great guy. You'll see him again someday. -Denny Huneke, Florissant, Mo.

To the whole Gentile Family, My dad, Ed Huneke Sr., went to Beaumont H.S. class of '37 with Pete When I was a kid my dad would see him someplace, like a soccer game, and they would laugh about how they used to run all the time when they were in high school because, like most people, they didn't have a car. My dad always said that Pete was a great guy. You'll see him again someday. -Denny Huneke, Florissant, Mo.

Grandpa Gentile opened his arms and welcomed us to his family when we needed it most. We fell in love with him the moment we met him. Although we didn't see him as often as we would have liked, he was often in our thoughts and always in our hearts. Grandpa leaves a family that he was so proud of. I know you will all miss him every day. Our heartfelt sympathy to the entire Gentile family. Angela and Jake Gregory

My family sends our heartfelt sympathy and stands with the Gentile family at this sad time. Pete was a man who was lucky enough to find a way of life he loved, and had the courage to live it. My family is honored to be included in the Gentile family circle and was lucky enough to be able to experience Pete's energy, kindness, generousity and laughter. God Bless The Gentile Family.
