You gave my friend the biggest start in her life - SHAPE magazine...your first editor. So sad she had that terrible accident in Malibu Canyon - now you are together where we all will be one day.

My Mother used one of Joe Weider exercise things that you hung on the door knob. It worked and she lost weight. RIP Mr. Weider.

God has another warrior in His kingdom now. Thank you, Joe, for your inspirational example, not just for bodybuilders, but for the champion in all of us. Rest in Peace. Our condolences to your beautiful wife Betty. I will never forget meeting you both in Atlanta & the words of wisdom you gave me, even though my spine is crooked & the asthma stopped some of my childhood playing-you encouraged me to be a champion inside my mind & soul. Thank you for being such a wonderful role model!
