Francis Kenneth Clute, age 91, of Gulfport passed away on June 14, 2014 in Gulfport.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ola Ruth Clute and his parents, Joseph Clute and Jennie Clute.
He is survived by his children, Ruby Jane Berlin, Joseph Kenneth Clute, and Apostle Thomas Ray Clute and his wife, Aimee; his grandchildren, Angelique Lyn Underhill and her husband, Vincent Troy all of Gulfport, MS; Randi JoAnn Ward and her husband, Michael James of Lafayette, IN, Tabitha Jean Berlin and her husband, Bryan Menscer of Fayetteville, NC, Daniel Ray Clute and his wife, Shelby Nicole, Wesley Adam Clute all of Gulfport, MS; and Andre Lee Smithey of Remlap, AL; his great grandchildren, Kayla Olivia Underhill, Christian Daniel Morrison, Zackary Ryan Morrison, Kayleigh Elizabeth Cathcart, and Aiden Joseph Berlin.
He was born in East St. Louis, IL and served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He worked in the Biloxi School System for many years. He was of the Catholic faith and attended St. John Catholic Church, Gulfport.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19, 2014 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Rd, Gulfport. The funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20, 2014 at 10:00 AM at the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery.

Mr. Francis was a regular member of my Catholic prayer group at the Boyington Nursing Home. We will miss him. Miss Dottie, Boyington volunteer.
