How I wish o just I had the skill, courage, and daring love to write such a grand tribute for my mother who just died two months ago. She, too, was one of a kind and quite a hand full. I admire you and congratulate you on your ability to continue his humor in yourself. Surely he would be proud and I I wish you a gentle trip through your grief.

I'm happy to know him through this amazing passage, so i can't even imagine how wonderful he was in person! God Bless and Keep you all. Also... I refuse to change the clock in my car, it's right for half of the year...

Such a beautiful tribute to a life well- lived. Reminds me of my own dad. Peace be with you.

I am very sorry for your loss. I think Harry may have been my grandfather's relative in another lifetime. What a wonderful salute to an obviously beloved man!

I never had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Stamps but reading about him reminds me of my grandfather, although he always wore overalls. I'm very sorry for your loss. What a wonderful goodbye that was written for him. I think I would have loved to have had him as a teacher.

Ms. Lewis, thank you for sharing so lovingly your father's endearing personality with all of us. My father-in-law and Mr. Stamps would have had good laughs together because they had so many opinions in common. God bless you, your sister and your families, but especially Mrs. Ann.

Sounds to me that there never was, nor will there ever be another Harry. Sharing this spectrum of life, truly solidifies the fact that being who you truly are is what matters most. Thank you for sharing your Harry with the world!
