Roger, well, today marks the 6th year when you so bravely fought for our freedom. I miss you everyday. I have so many wonderful memories of you, of our family...all the trips that your Dad, Gina, you and I would take, the basketball games I attempted to play with you, and just the everyday "stuff". I remember you on your motorcycle and your first job! Time does go by so fast, but you are NOT forgotten nor those you served with. I love you Roger; thank you for being a part of my life so many years ago....I remember the day I met you. You have made such an impact on my life and all the lives you touched. Miss and love you more than words can say. Semper Fi, Roger.

Happy birthday Young man. Not a day goes by that I don't look for my shadow. I went for a ride on my new bike and all I could think about is how you fell a sleep on our first ride. Fast forward several years and how proud I was when we rode side-by-side for the first time. Thanks for being there when your team and your country needed you the most. Love ya Rog, your old man Semper Fi Marine

Hey Rog. Today would have been your 30th birthday. I miss you so much and miss all the fun we had. Yes we had some moments that were a little difficult, but that is part of being a family. As I said I miss my shadow, my son, my friend. Rest easy Marine. Semper Fi.

Roger, well, tomorrow is your 30th birthday! WOW! Where does the time go?? Your life was cut way too short and we miss you terribly; not a day goes by that we don't think of you and what you did for our Country; so selfless. I remember we celebrated many birthday's together, especially in New Mexico, but the one I remember the most was your 16th!! Roger, I couldn't be MORE PROUD of you and ALL that you have accomplished in your short time here. I love you, Roger, my son. Celebrate your birthday...in a MUCH BETTER place and we will have a toast for you! ...Aflekorn, of course. Love you and Semper Fi, Marine.

Hi Roger. Well, yesterday marked 10 years since 9/11. You selflessly volunteered to protect all of us at home because of this tragic event. I can't thank you enough for your service, your dedication and devotion to duty. Not a day goes by that I don't think about you and what you did for this GREAT Country. We are all so PROUD of you and hold you in our hearts forever....miss you and love you dearly. Semper Fi, Marine.
