Terry, I worked with Val at the Va for seven years, she was a wonderful friend. I know she loved you very much and was so proud of you. You and her sister were the most improtant part of her life, she took wonderful care of her patients and was loved by many. I will miss her very much, I am so sorry you lost her so soon. She always had a smile for her patients and was a caring and thoughtful friend, who was always willing to lend a hand or shoulder to lean on, no matter how much pain she was in.You and your mother will be in my thoughts and prayers, Pam Salter, RN

Terry
Losing a mom is very difficult, I know, I just lost mine, but at least I had time to prepare myself as well as you can prepare for something of this magnitude.
But you lost your mom so suddenly, my heart goes out to you. Pray incessantly during this very trying time. Philippians 4:13.

I know for certain that we never lose the people we love, even to passing.
They continue to be a part in every act, thought, and decision we make. Their love leaves a permanent imprint in our memories. I hope you find comfort in knowing that your life has been enriched by being blessed with the gift of your mother's love. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.
