In a time when some have stumbled and fallen in their ministries, Dr. Kennedy was always a stalwart of the faith. My eternal thanks for what you meant in the lives of my family. May God be praised!

Whenever I missed Sunday service at my church I would always tune in to Dr. Kennedys service. He had a gentle and calming spirit about him that would lift your thoughts and give you hope for a better understanding through the word of god. He will be surely missed by the Johnson househole. My prayers are with the family and church family for their lose. Prayerfully submitted:

In is with most saddness that his voice on the radio and television will no longer grace my ears and eyes... Pastor Stanley, I have listen too for many years, his word on truth and the love of God is infallible .. May God continues to bless his parishers. It is conforting to know that this was his temporary home as with all of us...thus leaving a legacy as a great man God... God bless the family....

My mom and dad, Jonel and Belle Sutton moved to Ft Lauderdale in 1977 just as Dr Kennedy was beginning his national ministry to bring the gospel to the nation. Our Family attended Coral Ridge til 1994. My brothers and sisters went to Westminister, a school started by Dr Kennedy. So many of the things Dr Kennedy did had a tremendous impact on our family, Coral Ridge, Ft Lauderdale and the nation. However, the most important contributions made to the kingdom of God were EE and taking a message to the nation that being a Christian did not mean we were intellectualy insignigicant and that how much God and his son Jesus Christ are part of American history and our heritege. EE has taught millions of people how to tell someone about Jesus and point them to Christ for salvation. His messages about apologetics gave the intellectual basis and backbone for the Conservative Movement that brought Reagan into the presidency and continued into the 21st Century. We lived only a few blocks from the Kennedy's and Dr Kennedy and his wife Ann would eat with Mom and Dad when they saw each other at restaurants. Ann came to my fathers funeral. When we think of Coral Ridge we think of Dr Kennedy. That church and his message were a breath of fresh air when we came to Ft Lauderdale from New England in 1977. Dr Kennedy was a blessing to our family and we thank God for his work and the affect it had on our lives. He was a man of God who contributed to the increasing of the Kingdom of God. We offer our sympathy to the family for the loss but are glad Dr Kennedy is in the presence of his Savior with a new body and new hope that will never go away. The Savior he pointed us to during his life.

Dear Anne & Jennifer,
You are in our thoughts & prayers at this time. We know Jim is walking with the saints right now. It is through the EE program that Jesus called us. We were in another state at that time, but after relocating to Ft. Lauderdale, we immediately joined Coral Ridge and were there almost 20 years before moving out of state. Barb worked at CRM, CRPC and WA before we left and our kids were educated at WA. Jim's teaching and ministries have impacted our family beyond words & he will be missed.
May the peace and love of God give you strength during this time.
In Christ's Love,

While we grieve his loss here on earth, we celebrate his joyous homegoing in Heaven. He was a giant of the faith. He has made a deep and lasting impact on me and my family.
