I was Fritz' secretary when he was newly out of law school...boy, we were all young then! He was a good boss, kind and generous and loved his family. He sometimes would come in and say "Headmaster's Day" and we'd get a day off. He is with his Headmaster now and for eternity. God bless!
Sarah, I knew Fritz from our Wake Forest days 40+ years ago and had kept up w/him intermittently. We enjoyed a nice lunch in FTL during a trip I made there quite a few years ago - this was shortly before your son was born, so I'm guessing about 20 yrs. I remember him sharing at length over lunch how happy and thankful he was to have met you, and what joy he had found in fatherhood (TOTALLY smitten by your two young daughters at the time)! It's hard to fathom how quickly the years have rolled by, but even harder to realize that this dear gentleman is gone from among us. I'm so very sorry to get this news, and wish that I'd known that Fritz was sick. He was as fine a fellow as I've known - and will be greatly missed. May our Lord continue to provide you with peace and comfort in the days ahead.
Fritz & I played Boca Jet's together many moon's ago RIP.
Very sad news - Good family-good friend-good man---
I originally was introduced to Fritz by another branch manager whoe was active in Kiwanis. We later become good friends who went to breakfast and lunch together frequently, as well as referring business to eachother. I knew him to possess the utmost degree of professionalism, ethical and moral behavior. He was a true gentleman. It was a pleasure and honor to have known him and share conversation and comaraderie. You will always be with me in thoughts and prayer. My family and i with his family our condolences in their loss.
Sarah, you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. I have wonderful memories of everything that you and Fritz did for my mom and dad. Know that you can call and come visit anytime you like. Know that Fritz is at peace now and that he will always be looking over you.
Dear Sarah and family:

I have such wonderful memories of everything you both did for myself and my family. Know that you can call or come visit anytime Sarah. God be with you today and always, Tina Karnicnik
Dear Heidgerd family,
I cannot express how deeply saddened I continue to be in hearing of your loss. Though I only had the pleasure of seeing Mr. Heidgerd during short visits with Rachel, his generosity, humor, deep love for God, and strong devotion to his family left a remarkable impression on me. These traits have served as an example to me in knowing what to look for in a godly husband/father figure, and for that I am forever grateful. In the same way, Mrs. Heidgerd's hospitable nature and servant's heart towards her husband- especially in his last days are attributes that I admire greatly and only hope to emulate in my own marriage. Please know that my most heartfelt sympothies and prayers are with each of you now and in the days to come.
I was very sorry to hear about Fritz. He was one of the pleasures of attending Kiwanis meetings. Fritz would bring Chris to give us an update as well as Sarah on at least one occasion.
