I just found out today about Dr. Mark's passing. I am so sorry. He was my dentist for many years before I moved. A truly wonderful dentist and friend. My sincerest condolences. Helen Adamson
To the Dear Colin Family, I just came across the mention of Mark's passing in Today's Fl Dental Assoc magazine. This is quite a shock. I have known Mark for the last 25 years thru the dental society and from countless CE courses thru the years. He was always smiling and had a kind word for everyone. He was a practitioner that I always looked up to. Dental meetings will not be the same without him. My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time. Sincerely, Dr D A Rolfe
Dear Hilda, Adrianna, & Hannah;
It is with great sorrow that I write this. Mark & I had been friends and business acquaintances for many, many years until I relocated to So. Carolina. He was always a bright spot when I stopped by his office.
I will keep all of you in my prayers.
The Colins and our family, The Rosenblatts spent many memorable Jewish holidays together. My dad spoke highly of Mark and was so proud of him. I was so sorry to learn of his passing and wanted to express my sympathy.
Dr. Colin was a wonderful man. He helped me overcome my lifelong fear of dentists, and truly saved my husband's life by discovering a facial tumor, that would have been fatal, without intervention! So sad to hear this news about Dr. Colin.
I lived across the street from Mark from elementary school until we graduated from high school. He was smart, funny and super nice. In a nutshell, he was a good guy. My condolences to his family.
Lord, grant your servant, Mark, your peace and let light perpetual shine upon him. Amen.
We are soo very sorry and sad about the passing of a wonderful person Mark Colin. We send our love and our appreciation for many smiles and warmth from Mark and his family. We hope your pain is eased by the memories of his smile, caring and fun outlook on life!
With Much Love from the Azrin Family
Note: we are also greiving for our father Nate Azrin this month so we understand the pain well..This is a very bad year..
I wish to express my deepest sympathy to Dr. Mark's family. When I first learned of his illness, I was stunned. He was such a fine person and a great dentist. I started going to his father when I was just a small child and continued to see Dr. Mark for treatment over the years. Thank you, Dr. Mark for being my dentist and my friend.
My most sincere condolescences for your loss. I remember your husband and he was a very nice man. May he rest in peace.
Our deepest sympathies to the Colin family. My family originally went to Mark's father and when he retired we naturally continued our dental care with Mark, he was a kind and caring individual.
Mark will be missed.
The world has lost a true light. Dr. Mark was my dentist for many years until we moved. During appointments we talked of many things and he always put me at ease. He even sent a note when I notified him of our move which was shortly after his first daughter's birth. He always thought of others. What a truly wonderful, kind, gentle, compassionate man! I will pray for his family since their hearts will hold him dear.
My thoughts are with you and the family during this sad time.
I graduated FLHS with Mark...he was always so smart and friendly...kept up with him through the reunions....so very sorry for your loss...he was just too young to leave this world.
To the Colin Family-
I had the privilege of working side by side with this wonderful man as his assistant. Speak of someone with compassion, dignity and love. When I heard the news, I called him, he sounded in such good spirits even though he was going through so much. You will be missed by many Dr. Mark. My heart goes out to you Hilda and the girls.
So sorry to learn of Mark's passing. He was my dentist many years ago. Mark will be missed by many.
I would like to express my sympathy to Mark's family for their loss. I got to know Mark because he owned a unit in our condo. Besides being a really nice guy, he was our best absentee owner. He would be the only one who would show up for board meetings and offer advice. He will be missed.
I am so very sorry for your loss. The Rotary club as well as the dental association will miss him dearly. Frank
Dear Hilda, Adrianna and Hannah,
We are so sad today. When I spoke to Mark and he told me about his illness my heart sank. I had lost my mother to pancreatic cancer in 1994 so I knew what this diagnosis meant. Mark was one of the sweetest men we knew . . . kind, funny, smart, honest and loving. He always spoke about his beautiful daughters when I sat in his chair and he spoke of how wonderful they were during his illness. We will be at his funeral today to say our final goodbye. He was a very special person and I know he will be missed by his many friends and longtime patients.
