My thoughts and prayers go out to the the Harper family.
Dear Karen and family,
I worked for Jay as part of the IPS/Wheelabrator team. Often our group worked late to get out proposals and Jay was always supportive and such a pleasure to be around. I am truly sorry for your loss and send you and your family love.
I had the pleasure working with Jay when he was at USFilter/Jet Tech in Kansas City. He was a hard working and very pleasent man. He put his heart into all of what he did. He was very kind, and had a way of making his co-workers feel very important to the company. He will be missed by so many in the industry. My thoughts go out to his family and his friends.

My deepest condolences to the Harper Family. RIP Jay...
Karen and Family,
Jay and I started out working together in Glastonbury for Wheelabrator/IPS during its infancy. Jay's dedication, work ethic and energy was paramont in the success of this start-up company. He made hundreds of friends in the business community and will be greatly missed.

Growing up in East Brookfield 30-35 years ago, I knew Jay and Chris & family through school and East Brookfield Baptist Church. My recollection of Jay was that he always displayed great character and leadership qualities. It's no surprise he's had a devoted wife for 25 years, children who loved their daddy very much, and a leader in his field and in the community. May God comfort all of you through this tragic loss. My sincerest sympathies, love and prayers.
Karen and Family, I have many fond memories from the day when Jay worked with us at Wheelabrator/IPS in Hampton. Lots of laughs, lots of smiles, even in difficult situations. I particularly remember a nice trip to Switzerland with Jay. When I think of Jay, it brings back lots of nice memories. I remember Megan's baby photo proudly displayed on his credenza. As others have said, he was always so very proud of his family.
Dear Harper family,
Our sincere thoughts and prayers to all of you. Please know that we are here for Megan if she needs anything at all.
