My Loving Husband,
Soon it will be a year since we lost you. With each passing moment, I try to move forward; I have no other choice. I will never get over losing you, and why should I? We had something beautiful. Reliving those memories is what sustains me. During this past year I have come across notes and poems you wrote to me for 47 years. This one I always carry in my wallet. "To my darling wife of 16 years, This rose was meant to grow from a small bud and to bloom with beauty, much like our love. But its life only partially parallels our love. For very soon a rose withers and dies, while our love will live forever. Love, Johnny"
Until we are together again. Mia Vita e Cuore, Honey

I worked with John several years back in the Bellsouth days. I just today learned of John's passing. I always enjoyed John's company and considered him a "friend" at work. I mentioned to my wife that I remember the first time I met John, and how I thought to myself "what a heck of a nice guy". He truly was. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

I would like to thank everyone for the beautiful and kind sentiments that were expressed about my husband John. I wish I could send each of you a card, but some addresses I do not have. Please know that your condolences were very comforting to me and my family.
Sincerely,
Helen MacDonald

Daddy: It has been a month since you have left us on the physical level. The only thing that is getting me through day to day is the love in my heart for you and knowing you are our Angel looking over us. We are taking good care of Honey and miss you so much. I love you. ~ Colvie

I remember your father as a kind man who also had quite a sense of humor. Your parents marriage has always been an inspiration to me. You are lucky you had him in your life. Much Love, Jill, Joshua, Lily and Dylan Glanzer

I am so sorry for your loss. I remember Uncle John from his visits years ago. He was such a kind and loving man. My prayers and thoughts are with your family on his birthday and every day.
