MaryAnn Banton Obituary

Banton, MaryAnn Rave, known as Mom, Nannie and Banti, went to be with Jesus on January 25, 2013 in Sebastopol, Ca. Born in 1920 to Viola and William in NY City and married the love of her life, George Banton on July 3, 1941. MaryAnn is survived by 4 children, Susan(Clark) Cogswell of Ft. Lauderdale, Geb(Nancy) Banton of Clayton, Ca., Tom(Linda) Banton of Coral Springs and Kathy(Ross) Decker of LA, Ca. MaryAnn is predeceased by George and daughter Betty Ann. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Services are Friday, February 8 at 2 p.m. at Forest Lawn Cemetery 200 W. Copans Road, Pompano, Fl. In lieu of flowers, family has requested donations to Memorial Hospice, 821 Mendocino Ave., Santa Rosa, Ca 95401
