Steve was a wonderful man who I called a friend for many years. As a matter of fact, my family knew Steve and many years before any of us knew Lois or the other County Commissioners. Steve did beautiful work for almost everyone in my family, as well as many friends. My uncle, a Catholic priest who Steve called “Fr. Johnny” was very fond of Steve and talked about him for many years after Steve worked on his home. He always asked “How is that nice man who made my home beautiful?” My mother also asks about Steve and reminds me that his work was what made her condo feel like a home.

My wife Eileen and I are saddened not only by this sudden loss, but most sincerely for our friend Lois who we consider to be an extremely strong and courageous woman. This is a time for everyone to be with Lois and her children to help her get through the unknowns in life. We will be here for her.

May G-d embrace Steve and keep his kind soul at peace for eternity.

With love,
Chip & Eileen LaMarca
