Caryl took care of so many of us. We laughed especially seeing each other early in the morning running with rollers in her hair. Caryl was my special person in seeking and getting a job at NiMo...she was always there to help and encourage. Never saw her without a smile...she never stopped being Caryl and that is a compliment. Special thoughts to Catherine, Matthew and Tom. She will be missed.
Dear Frawley Family,
I am embarrassed to say I have just heard of the sad news. I am so sorry for your loss. I hope you find comfort in the many happy memories you shared together. She was such an inspiration to me and I loved to hear of all her wonderful stories she had to tell. The generosity and love she showed me and my family will forever be remembered. Love to all...
I met Caryl when she was campaigning for the Onondaga County Legislature and helped to elect her to that office. She cared so much about Liverpool and was an honest and caring person whom I was proud to know. My sincere condolences to her family.
Caryl was a special woman who could light up a room with her energy. She was engaged in life, fun to be around and had a heart of gold. We will miss her but her memories will live on. Our hearts go out to you....Love Cindy, Shannon & Brian

Dear Catherine, Matt, and Mr. Frawley,
Sorry to hear about the passing of you mother. She was a caring person who touched many peoples lives.
My condolences to all of the Frawley family,
Caryl and I had some good times as room mothers together at Craven Crawford elementary. She was a always more creative than I so it was fun to be able to pair with her!!! You all will be remembered in my prayers.
A very dear and wonderful person and a very special friend - Caryl will be missed by many - I am so saddened that I can't even begin to express what I feel - my love and hugs to all the family for a terrible loss for all of us. I will be out of town for the memorial service but my thoughts and prayers are with you. Take care of each other and God Bless.
I am proud to have known her and count her among my friends. Rest inpeace, Caryl.
While Caryl and I had busy jobs at Niagara Mohawk (National Grid), she always took the time to stop and say hello with a big smile - a ray of sunshine.
It is hard to describe how wonderful it was to be on Caryl's "Friend Ship".My first trip to Lily Dale, the best letters, and laughs I ever received....and comfort in times of loss. This smart, sassy, witty, wild, deeply caring and insightful woman--"Boy Howdy"..her light was one of the brightest I have ever known. So sorry Tom, Mathew, Catherine and your families.
Caryl was a dynamic and positive force in the lives of her friends. I will miss our conversations and her political insights!
One of the greatest blessings of my life was being able to call Caryl "friend," even for the few years we knew each other nearly 25 years ago. Kind, gracious, thoughtful, wise. She was a blessing to all who knew her. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
I am so very sorry to read of Caryl's passing. In the mid '70s when I moved back here from NYC, Caryl took me on a tour of Liverpool and talked about her concerns at how fast it was growing given its limited infrastructure at the time. I was just making new friends and getting reacquainted with my community after being away and she was so generous with her time. She was such a dynamic, caring and fun person! We were lucky to have her as an elected official and as a friend.
Mrs. Frawley touched my life in more ways than I could ever express. My heart goes out to the Frawleys, my second family. We love you.
May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
My deepest condolences to the Frawley family. May God comfort you during this time.

My heart is just broken. She was my friend through my good times and bad.
If ever you need to define, honesty, sincerity, courage or goodness, just reflect on the life of this unique woman. I loved her dearly she was a true friend.
I'm so sorry to hear of your loss, Catherine, Matt and Mr. Frawley. I remember your mom/wife well growing up and spending time in your Liverpool home. She was a sweet woman and always made me feel welcome. My thoughts and prayers go out to you at this difficult time. With sincere condolences, Tami (Zimmerman) Scott
I served with Caryl in the Onondaga County Legislature. She was energetic and a visionary- a remarkable person. My condolences to her friends and family

Carol was always what I wanted be when I grew up: I became a County Legislator due in large part to her inspiration. They don't make 'em any more like Carol! My condolences...I will attempt to continue her philosophy in the County Legislature, Russ Andrews

Caryl was the most energetic and positive person that I know. When problems seemed to drag me down, she would provide that touch of sunlight and warmth to help me make it through. I will always remember her as the sassy lady that lived life wonderfully. Marcia Hagan
