Dearest Brother, I can hardly believe that you are not with us. I miss you and wish that we had more time together. We made it through the Holidays but it was not the same and never will be without you. I will always remember you saying just having fun. I know that you have accomplished your dreams and I am happy for you. Until we meet again. All my love your one and only sister.

I met Joe one night when he was playing piano and singing at one of his gigs- I sang with him for a few songs and we began the start of numerous playing sessions and rehearsals at my house to start a band. We did play a few gigs together and my job at the time was causing me to travel weekly so I had to put a hold on the band- I feel we would of still been playing together today had I not started the travel and eventual relocation - Joe was a warm hearted person with a deep passion and talent towards music and had a very open mind working with various songs- I had the pleasure to meet and perform with muscians Joe introduced me to, everyone knew him in the music scene- My deepest regrets and sypmathy go out to his family, kids and friends- Joe always brought joy and smiles to fans when we played together. He was a staple in the metro Syracuse Music Scene and will be missed greatly-

John,
I was sorry to hear about Joe. I sometimes remember Lincoln School and when I do I always remember you and Joe. I remember what a great time we all had at the Calvary Dances. My prayers are with you.

Lindsey and Joe.

I miss your Dad so much. He was such an inspiration to so many people and he lived life to its fullest. I believe he left a gift of his genes in my son, Matthew. I remember Joey coming over and him and Matthew sitting at the piano singing and playing. He has the gift you gave him of being able to hear music from anywhere and than being able to play and sing it on the piano. He cannot read music, it comes from his heart and ear as it did for your Dad. I will be forever grateful for that. I am sure Joe and Nick are playing together now. The "Piano Man" will live in us forever.
I know he is at peace now, but know that he will be forever missed.
I loved your Dad and Joey-be happy and say hi to DJ for me.

In junior and senior high, Joe was one of the three guys I hung out most with. The north side can be a tough place to grow up, but Joe always had a sense of decency and optimism, He was always there for me as a friend. In my travels to Calif, and Japan we lost touch, but I have nothing but fond memories of Joe. He will be missed! Condolences to his family.

Joe always helped me and believed in me as a singer. Although I never had the honor of starting a band with Joe, he was always very supportive of my singing and often talked about a future collaborating with each other. He was one of the nicest men I ever had the pleasure of knowing and playing music with. I loved Joe and he will truly be missed.
