To my husband-I once gave you a poster that said "it doesn't mean I know you'll never go-only that I wish you didn't have to.Sitting in your chair,it was what came to mind. But I want you to remember why I married you.It was simple-you're the guy I loved.Be proud of your kids. They and the grandkids are your greatest legacy.I love and miss you.Theresa

Listening to "Sounds of the Season" music and couldn't help thinking of you. How proud you were during those military tunes and how it exuded from you to the crowd. I believe your standing tall helped them to stand tall as well. Think of you often. RIP my friend; you are greatly missed.

Five years have passed and your family is growing. More grand children have been added to the lot, while others have graduated and venture off to adulthood. As Taylor, Aaron and Alandra make their way to adulthood may they take some important lessons from you...

1.) Always smile and give them your best...even when you don't feel like it

2.) Always be present in the moment....even if they make you late. You can never recover the lost moments.

3.) Patience is one of your strongest weapons. It always keeps you on the offense.

4.) Kindness and generosity are your greatest defense. Love covers a multitude of sins...

Love you and miss you! Know that everything is covered!
