Condolences from Christian Chico's family. Chip was a good man
Dear Kim, I'm shocked and saddened to hear of Chip's passing. Sending my deepest condolences.
I have many fond memories of Chip back through the years. We attended school together from grade 1 through 12 and also attended church at East Hill Baptist, where the Mitchell family was active in our youth program. My thoughts and prayers go out to the entire family.
I was in Chip's class at Leon and he was always one of the all-time "good guys." -- always nice, courteous, a good student. I've lived away from Tallahassee since I graduated from Leon, but I would occasionally see and talk to him at First Baptist when I'd visit Tallahassee and go to church with my mother. He lived a happy and purposeful life, with values and priorities in the right place.
REST IN PEACE CHIP!! GOD BLESS KIM!
farewell to a good man and a friend..
May the Good Lord bless both Chip and his family...
Kim, Please accept my sympathy for your loss. I knew Chip all my life and thought the world of him. Know that you were the great love and joy of his life and rest in that comfort.
Tricia (Tricky) Spencer
Chip was a profoundly kind person of great integrity. He was always a witness to the Lord Jesus whom he loved and served. My childhood friend is now in the company of God's angels and our world is a better place for his having been here.
May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.
To our loved and admired Chip. You are missed by so many and in our thoughts and love. May your family be held in the hands of the Lord.
Please accept my sympathy in the loss of Chip. I had the honor of knowing him (and Kim and Jeannie) through his wonderful and dedicated service to the elders in our community with the regular delivery of meals theough the Meals on Wheels program. I know Chip touched many lives here on earth and hope the work that he was doing designing and building devices to help disabled and elderly people will not be lost. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.
Our hearts go out to Chip's family and just want to let you know Chip was always a very fine person - as we knew him growing up and attending Leon High School and working with him, as a fellow state employee. He will be missed!
