R.I.P cuz we love you so much.
From your lil cuz Big Lex and family
Miriam was an inspiration. You was never too busy to help, never to burdened to lift the hand of another, and she will never be forgotten.
My friend of 20 years Im speechless, heavy burdened, and despondent. We were to grow old together and laugh about our jokes our kids and all the memories we never got a chance to create. My friend I love you and wish we could have one more laugh, one more joke and one more chitchat. We laughed on Saturday and you were gone on Sunday. Ill miss you my friend. I love you.
Miriam was such a blessing to me and we laughed a lot together. I'll miss her beautiful smile and words of encouragement. She truly loved the Lord!
You will be truly missed. You were such a blessing and a wonderful person to have met during Football season at FSU. Rest on my good and faithful servant, job well done.

What a beautiful person Miriam was. She was always so much fun and added so much laughter to our Water Aerobics class. It was always good to see her. When she and Cathy Mills got together they were so much fun! From all of the tributes to her, she was a very special person and she will be missed. Love you, Miriam. Pam Rocco
May God be with you in this time of sorrow. Miriam was a down to earth person who stood for justice and peace, just like her dad.
I'm so so sorry to hear of the passing of your daughter. But I have had the pleasure of meeting her and she was everything you are so very much proud of. I know you are going to miss her terribly, I know how much you love her.
Miriam will never be forgotten she was a wonderful women and great friend and now a angel watching over the world.
I knew Miriam from classes at Water Aerobics. She was a special person that I enjoyed hanging out in the water with and talking to after class. Her personality made it seem as if we had known each other longer than we did. I experienced her caring soul and her infectious smile. Her service today was beautiful. I will miss her.
Miriam and I were friends for many years and I deeply sadden by her passing. I pray that the family keep her warm memories in your heart and may you have peace in knowing that she is with her Lord.
Miriam was an incredible person, a very special gift for those of us who were blessed enough to call her friend. She could brighten even the worst of days and could always make me bust out laughing. I will never forget all the laughter we shared. I will miss her so much and will carry her in my heart always. I have no doubt that one day we'll be laughing together again. Thanks for all the great memories we shared. Love you Miriam.
I didn't really know Miriam except throught my daughter, Cathy Mills. I have the flower pot she had painted for me and know from Cathy how much she loved Miriam and I am so proud she was a part of Cathy's life. In my heart I know she was a loving person and will be missed by so many people.
Our prayers are with all of Miriam's family and friends at the loss of Miriam. Know that she is with her Lord and watches over all of you and wants you to draw your strength from our Lord during this time of grief.
Condolences to the Jugger family,
We were deeply saddened to hear about your loss.
With Deepest Sympathy
There are NO words that can describe how much I'm gonna miss you...as I'm still in shock and in disbelief I know we serve a mighty God that will comfort & protect us during this most difficult time. I pray for strength & peace for Ish & your mom, and all other family & friends that are saddened by this loss. But I find comfort in knowing that we will meet again. I will forever appreciate our friendship and I love me some you and you know this....not too many ppl like you anymore. Heaven has truly gained an ANGEL!!
We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord, 2 Corinthians 5:8. As we lay you to rest this Friday morning, we know you are in a better place for you shall suffer to more. Your continue faithful service here on earth will never be forgotten for you were very loved by your Tambrnacle Family as well as your personal Family. God Bless the Juggar Family.
Jesus Wept yet raised Lazius from the grave. We all weep now and await in when ALL the dead in Christ shall be raised. Till then Miriam,(a sweet smiling spirit daughter of God our Father in Heaven) will now rest in heaven with all there until that Great Day we all may meet again I pray! I loved her for who she was Miriam...a lover of Christ, her pastor Stanley L. Walker for sure, her son and family for sure and her youths at Tabernacle MB Church and any other one she came in contact with throughtout her life. A few laughter words to those she knew and words of wisdom given to closer ones to her as well. I weep tears in my heart now as one of our spiritual family has broken the chain of love and departured from life's capitivies hard and soft. Good bye Miriam, I pray to see you again one day! Much Love in Christ, Malinda S. Jefferson & Family
Our sincerest thoughts and prayers are with you all in your time of grief. May you find comfort in your memories and draw strength from the Lord.
I only knew Miriam for a short time when I worked for Leon Clerk's Office. She was in another division, but she introduced herself to me, and was so full of life and a great sense of humor. May she rest in the arms of our Heavenly Father.
Miriam, God truly blessed me when he gave me the privilege of knowing and working with you. I will forever remember your smile and the kindness that you extended to me. If the world had more Miriams we would all have a smile on our faces and love in our hearts. Thank you for all you did for me and the happiness your brought into my days. May God greet you and walk with you to the home you earned and deserve. May your blessings be many.
Miriam and I met through the Leon County Clerks office. Our division became a close little family and we enjoyed many laughs as well as many tears . She was an encouragement as another single mom and a godly woman. My heart and prayers go out to her family and friends . She will truly be missed.
Jugger will be missed by many. Tabernacle has suffered a true loss for such a dedicated and willing servant. My prayers are with Ishmail and Courtney. I will miss her calling me by my whole name.....still in disbelief.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
Shocked. It was move in day fall semester of 1987 at Smith Hall on FSU campus & I had a knock on my door & the person standing there wanting to know who I was where I was from and what I was studying. Needless to say it was Miriam. We became friends. I got to watch her grow from the 18 yr old girl to the wonderful woman she became. She was then & always will be one of the strongest people I know. Going to school, working raising Ishmail, getting her degree, being there whenever anyone need anything, giving everything and asking so little. How do you say goodbye to a person that is larger then life? Someone when they walked into a room everyone know she was there and usually she would know everyone in the room. There was so many laughs some tears, long conversations and memories. We hadn't seen each other in a few years but will meet again one day. May God be with -Ishmail, Martha, Malik, Mansur, Mukhtar and the rest of your family know that you are in my prayers and God Bless you all.
Be at Peace Miriam and enjoy Heaven's embrace.
You'll be standing at the portals when the gates open wide
At the close of life's long dreary day.
And we'll sit down by the river and with rapture old aquaintance renew
Family, My thoughts and prayers are with you for my heart is heavy too. We will miss Miriam... Farewell to AWESOME YOU. Rest in Peace friend.
I will miss loading up those school book bags for the kids that she made such a part of her ministry in the youth department. Miriam was such a caring and loving person. I will miss you very much and that smile you had just light up the day. Rest on my sister in Christ until we meet again.
MIRIAM JUGGER ~ One of the most realist members at TMBC! Miriam was passionate about what she believed in and reminded me so much of myself at times. She ALWAYS cracked jokes on me (vice-verse)and with me, that just simply brought a smile to my days. MIRIAM showed compassion and concern every time she saw me, sincerely asking, "Is everything alright?" MIRIAM created an environment for me to open up and share personal situations and never judged or used them against me. Always gave great advice and was currently helping me with another "chapter" in my life. I'm going to miss my teaser, my "runway model" in the hallway downstairs at TMBC, my big hugs and pats on the back. God was with you here on earth and now you are with God in Heaven. What a blessing! Until we meet again, don't have Heaven laughing too hard. :-)
She will definitely be missed, however, we know God doesn't make any mistakes. I thank God for the for the precious memories. I pray that God will comfort the family and friends during this difficult time.
Mimi, Thank you for being so accepting and loving. My heart is sad but we know that God is too wise to make a mistake. Take your rest cousin, remembering you always.
Wow! It is so unbelievable to me that you are no longer here with us. We raised our sons together and can still remember our 2 year old boys at Toya Child Care on Dade Street. You were working 2 jobs AND going to school to take care of Ismail. Then our boys got older and we were there together at Lee Park (4th Ave) cheering and running up and down the field. Then, our boys went to middle school and again, the two BEST cheerleaders were there. And, I can't forget when the boys went to high school and once again, we were at it again. Yep, cheering and running up and down the bleachers. We grew up together there on Clay Street, then we raised our sons together. Yes, yours was like mine and mine like yours. Actually, Ishmail is still and will always be my "other son". I'll miss you so much, but you were tired, so take your rest my friend. Yes, I got Ishmail and we know you're looking out for us and cheering us on. Sleep on my friend. Love you much!
With saddened hearts we bid farewell to a great person--our sister Miriam. May her joyful spirit live within each person who had the esteemed honor to meet and/or know her. May the comfort of God sustain her family, friends and loved ones during this time of mourning. Miriam, may you rest in eternal peace.
I thank God for you and all the times you watched over Charnell when you attended Children's Church at TMBC.
I knew you for only a short time... But every time I think about you.... It makes me smile; friends like you make our world a warmer place. You will be missed but I think I speak for everyone when I say your soft smile will be with all who knew you for always....we miss you Miriam..
Back in 2001 I had the pleasure of meeting Miriam and one the first things she stated was. Saved then she goes on to say come go to church with me on Sunday..I rejected her request but after her persistent I went and enjoying the service...She played a great part in me recieving Jesus as my Lord and Savior...When Miriam enter the room you knew only because of her uplifting spirit...She never met a stranger..I'm sure Miriam will be missed but not forgetten!!! As to the family especially her son my thoughts and prayers are with you!!
Miriam was a delightful person with an laugh that could light up the room. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends. I am truly sorry for your loss.
Miriam was a beautiful spirit, so full of life and strength. She was extraordinarily kind and gave so much to others. Her life was well lived and a model for others. Sail on, Miriam - we will miss you.
To a dear, wonderful person.I am truly grteful to have known you. I will love and miss you always.
Rest in peace my dearest sweet friend. May GOD blessed your family in there time of grievance.
Dear family, my heart is with you in this time of sorrow. Miriam truly loved the Lord. She loved her son immensely and she loved her family, friends, and life. In addition to her optimistic attitude, she had a beautiful and spiritual soul. It was common to find Miriam going out of her way to turn a friend or a family member's awful day around. She had one of those infectious smiles and laughs that caught everyone's attention as she never met a stranger. Miriam brought joy and laughter to all who knew her. Kindhearted by nature and by inclination, she had personality to spare. I will miss her smiles, those encouraging words, stories, and most of all, her presence. We all know she is in a better place watching over us. May we always remember the value of that smile and apply those caring traits that Miriam did to our lives each day. Miriam, we will certainly miss you at the OSCA, particularly at the Annex. Rest in peace, friend.
Miriam has been such a blessing to us all. I thank God for just being able to know her. She will truly be missed by the Owens family.
It is my heartfelt regret that I wasn't around to see her these last few years but I am grateful to the Lord that He allowed me to live a life that involved her. She truly blessed me with her smile, laughter, and wisdom. My heart goes to her family friends and church family and hope that each person that has experienced life with Miriam will allow that love that she exemplified in her life continue to live through us.
In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always.
Miriam touched the hearts of me and my son Kristopher with her joking and laughter. She will be missed. We wish to express our deepest condolence to the family. Tabernacle will not be the same without her. Sweet rest has been granted unto her. Claretha & Kristopher Florence
Truly grateful to have known Miriam she was such a beautiful person inside and out. I truly will miss her jokes, laugh, leadership, guidance and most of all her friendship. My deepest sympathy to the family. Continue to look to the hills from which your help comes from. May God cover you with his comfort and peace during this time.
May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.
We are all lessened by Miriam's passing

My heart felt sympathy and condolences to the family of Miriam Jugger. She was a valued member of the staff of the Office of the State Courts Administrator, always concerned about her work and about the people around her. Miriam always brought humor and comfort for others into a room. We will miss her.
As a member of Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church, I have pleasant memories of Miriam. Please accept my heart felt condolences.
Miriam was not here with us long enough; a beautiful soul gone too soon. Instead of mourning her passing, I choose to celebrate her life.
A legacy that will never be forgotten, my dear cousin Miriam, one of strength, wisdom, and laughter. My heart os heavy but my heart rejoices knowing the preparations you made for your transitioning while here with us on the earth. Everyday that you made someone smile, that was preparation, everyday you helped strategize a plan for the youth, preparation, every time you encouraged us the be al we could be preparation, everytime you told us what to do preparation, for those reasons and so many more I honor you, even before your transition, a conversation about you was center around what joy and laughter you bring to me, Thanks for how your represented the legacy of the Ellis family, we love you always, and still even today i hear you voice telling me what to do. Rest on, till we meet again
JD and your cousins
Shocked to get the news! Always joking and always smiling. Thanks for the words of support & for being you. Always OSCA annex fam!
Miriam will be missed by all who knew her. She was one of a kind and always had a joke to tell. May the family find peace in her memory. Fannie c. Bellamy, Tallahassee/Tabernacle M.B. Church
I just met Ms. Miriam about a few years ago from Tabernacle Church. When I became a member of Tabernacle Church, she welcomed me with open arms. Miriam was a great joy to me. She always made me smile every time I see her. It just hurts my heart that she is gone. But we as children of God, He knows best. I bet Ms. Miriam is joking her way through the Heavenly Gates with that pleasant smile on her face.
Latasha Webster-Holmes...Miss you my friend!!
In Remembrance of Miriam, a dear person who brought joy into the lives of many. She was a special member of the Court family.
And sincere condolences to the Jugger family - may you be comforted by the many warm thoughts of those who care.
It was such a pleasure to work with Miriam. She always put a smile on my face evertime I saw her. She will be missed.
"Once in a while a person comes along, someone who just naturally makes everyone feel a little happier, a little more alive to life." That was Miriam to me. She just had that kind of personality that made me want to be around her. Her giggling laugh was like a song I loved to hear over and over again. It was hardly ever what she was saying that was so funny to me; it was always the way she said it.
Miriam made me a better person. She was wise beyond her years, so much so that sometimes I felt like the younger one and she the sage old woman with good advice. She was the most generous person I've ever known, always giving freely of her time, her possessions, but most of all her heart. She was all heart. And she was always putting her heart out there. She always put others before herself, always doing everything she could to help anyone who needed help.
Miriam was always trying to be a better person, even though I already believed she was the best person I knew.
I will miss my dear friend, my confidant, my hero. I will miss breaking bread with her, our serious talks about life's struggles and challenges, and I'll miss sharing dreams with her. My life is enriched for having known her. And I will carry her in my heart forever.
Our hearts are heavy at this time. But we rejoice in knowing that her life was short lived but well lived. Sleep on until we meet again.
Always had a smile on her face, she will truly be missed. Pleased accept my deepest sympathies.
I will miss her, as a coworker she always had a smile on her face and made me smile every time I talked with her, she will truly be missed.
God has called one of his angels to come and be with him. I have known Miriam you for almost two years, but it felt like a life time. I valued your counsel and your friendship. You will truly be missed by the many that looked to you when they needed to smile. I will miss that affectionate smile that I saw I came to visit you at work. Bridget will miss me talking about you and Isabella would have loved seeing you. I'm really going to miss you. RIP my friend and may the light of God shine perpetual upon your soul.
Please accept my deepest sympathies.
It has been a joy to know Miriam - she was truly a gift to all of us and to the world. She made a wonderful difference in the lives of all who knew her, as well as many who did not. God Bless You, Miriam, and prayers for your family and loved ones.
What a joy to have met her and to share with her at our recent training session.
Her spirit lives on!
Miriam was such a special person. In addition to being one of the smartest people I knew, she always made me smile. I will miss her humor, friendship, and everything she brought to our working family here at the OSCA Annex. Miriam, now that you are in heaven, please put in a good word for us all!
Our thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.
Miriam was respected and will be missed at the Court.

You will truly be missed! You were an inspiration and blessing to all who knew you.
So glad to have had a glimpse of her life; it truly made a difference in mine. Lord thank you... she was a blessing. She knew how to have a good time in life and glorifying God. Rest on.
