I knew Paulette as a newcomer to the Geology Department. She was very kind, strong, and intuitive. My condolences to her family. She touched me as she touched many, many others with her curiosity and caring.
Paulette was good artist and geoscientist who was able to merge these two talents into some great educational outreach products. She was always kind and a joy to work with. I will miss her encouragement and gentle ways.

I, all of us, will miss Paulette! She was a truly gentle soul. It was a blessing to have had the pleasure of working with her at the Florida Geological Survey for many, many years and enjoying her friendship. I thank Paulette for the wonderful memories I have of times spent with her.
