Mr. Green taught me Chemistry at Rickards High School. He was one of the best. He will be missed.

My deepest sympathy to Mr. Green's family and friends. He was a wonderful teacher at I am sure that all Richards alumni carry with them fond memories of such an extraordinary man and educator. He always had a smile for his students and a lovely sense of humor.

I taught Kelly at Hartsfield and had the opportunity of having Paul as one of my "parents". He was so supportive of his children but also of the teachers who shared Kelly and Darby. He was an amazing man; kind, thoughtful and full of fun. He was the super parent every teacher hopes to have. What a privilege to have known him. Love to Kelly, Darby and Beth.

I am already missing the Green Weeny.........never to hear the tambourine again. Paul was a great friend, classmate and one of Boo's Heroes.

To the bereaved family:

My sympathy and prayers are with you. Mr. Green was one of my favorite teachers while attending Rickards High School in the 1970's.

May he Rest In Peace.

Sincerest condolences to all the family. Know that there are many who share your loss. Paul was my Chemistry teacher and sponsor of the Anchor Club while I was a student at Rickards High. He always made things fun!! Then later when I came to work at Leon County Schools, we were colleagues. He always was upbeat and so kind. I will miss him so much!

Paul (aka Weeny) to his fellow Class of 1967 classmate at The Citadel will be missed greatly. he was instrumental in the planning of many great reunion events. He is personally remembered by me as one of only a few of my fellow classmates who took the time to say express his appreciation for the hundreds of hours of work I put into developing our class web site... and one of a relatively small number who replied with additions for his own Class page at that web site. Thanks Paul for the memories and contact information shared.

Prayers for the family, hoping they find comfort in this time of loss......Mr. Green was a teacher who really cared about his students, unlike many of the others out there. RIP, Paul.....

Mr. Green was a very cherished member of the staff at Rickards High. I will remember him fondly. My prayers go out to you, his family. Know that he touched and affected many lives and we all are better for having known him.

I have so many great memories of Paul. Perhaps the best, however, is the state trooper prank after a hurricane. He and Jimbo were quite a team; supervising them was NEVER dull. I will miss Paul so very much! Love to Beth and the rest of the Green family.......
