It was truly an honor to have known your father. He most certaintly used the talents that God gave him to the fullest! What a grand role model he was! Peace to you and your family.

Braulio was my principal at King High School. He was truly a class act that embodied the very best of the Tampa Bay area. We are all better off for having him as a part of our lives - he should have no trouble resting in peace.

Braulio was a blessing to all and our lives are better for having him ours. He was an unwavering moral compass who "walked the walk." May he rest in peace.

To the Alonso Family,

I was sadden by the news of Mr. Alonso's passing. He was my principal at West Tampa Junior High School. I will always remember him and looked up to him as a very well respected man. He will be truly missed.

T0 The Alonso Family,
We truly loved Braulio and we can testify he truly loved all of you. He took great pride in telling of your achievements while never boasting of his own--except maybe the High School which bore his name. He loved Tampa as we learned
from the inevitable excursion we took whenever we stopped
for a visit. You were blessed with great parents in Braulio and Bebe. May you continue to be blessed by God and may they rest in peace.

I am privileged to have known Braulio personally through bible study at Christ the King. I can say that I will likely never personally know a greater human being in my lifetime. He was a real treasure, and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him. I echo the Whitings' comment - our loss is Heaven's gain!
