I met cuda through a mutual friend, Demetrius (knott) Jenkins. And I tell you from the time I met him he would always make you laugh no matter what you are going through and how bad you think things are, you can make. And he would be there for you if you needed him.
In 2005, I moved to Atlanta, and I had talked to him about some health issues he was having with his throat. Needless to say, I found a malignant mass in my breast 6 months later. I tried to avoid it, but Cuda found out. And you know him, he was on me everyday, (and I mean long distance). He wouldn't let me rest until I got here to Moffit. Because of him, I recieved the treatment. With that being said, that lets you know the type of person he was.
Cuda you will be missed; however I know you are in a better place!
I Love And Miss You,
Lightning quick on the court and fierce on the court , loyal and hilarious off the court . It was a privilege to know you and witness your talent first hand as a teammate .my heart is heavy but through Christ love and mercy , our hearts will heal but you will not be forgotten r.i.p.
Our time is not God's time. He is an on time God. God saw fit to ultimately heal Cuda by opening the gates of Heaven for eternal life. Cuda, we known each other sine we were 12 years old and I still remember us in 10th grade World History you sitting right next to me making me smile and laugh. We graduated high school together and went to USF together as well. You always spoke to me no matter where you were or who you were with. My brother, Reggie, told me you always asked about me. I just always smiled! I will greatly miss you, friend, but God knows best, He took you home to Rest enternally in His arms. May God be with Cuda's family and friends. Thank you for being who you are and touching some many lives in a very positive way. Much Love and God Bless you.

My heart is so heavy now that I've heard of your passing. I am so sorry and so sad at the same time that we didn't stay in touch as often as we promised. You was my friend when I really needed one. The year we spent winter break together with Jacket Cooper and Ken Gunn was one of the best winter we had. Just high school friends hanging out and going to the movie. You thought me what true friendship was really about. You had always been forgiven and most honest about your feelings. I've always loved the friendship you and Chuck had. Charlie if you find time to read this, please know that Darryl really LOVED YOU.
Cuda I will forever miss you and if I never told you out loud...I Love You. You are still one of my best friends. Say hello to Ms. Willie Mae and Pops. Sorry you never got the chance to visit me here in Alaska.
