WAYNE SLOYER Obituary

WAYNE S. SLOYER
Wayne S. Sloyer, 88, of Sebastian, FL, died June 2, 2014. He was born in Lebanon, PA on June 28, 1925 to Harold and Arvilla (Seifert) Sloyer. He graduated cum laude in 1950 from Lafayette College in Easton, PA with an AB degree in Mathematics, later studying at the University of Notre Dame. He went on to work as a subcontract administrator at Princeton University's Plasma Physics Laboratory. Wayne served his country honorably as a United States Marine during WWII and the Korean War. He was an accomplished pianist for over 75 years and an arranger for 30 years. The people that knew Wayne knew what he had accomplished throughout his life, and the people did not know him - it does not matter. Wayne is survived by his loving wife Kay Sloyer. Kay would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Farhat Khawaja and Dr. Edgar Chavez. Arrangements entrusted to Seawinds Funeral Home and Crematory, Sebastian, FL.
