The first black, handsome and professional martial arts expert ever to appear in movies back in the 1970's. I was so proud back in them days. I am watching Black Belt Jones right at this very moment. Jim you will forever be in my memories, I will never forget your influence and representation of a strong and intelligent black man, plus it didn't hurt that you could kick butt too...RIP my brother...LOVE PEACE and HARMONY

Jim was my best friend in jr. high school. I remember both of us being chased by some local hoods after school, because one thought Jim was "hittin" on his girl. That may have been the only time Jim ran from anyone.
