I am sorry that we have lost such a great teacher and artist. I had the pleasure of teaching with Emily at West Boylston Junior/Senior High School and having Stephanie as a student. My condolences to her and the entire family.
I knew Mrs Boosahda from church. She was a very nice lady and so talented. My condolences
Oh how I loved you Mrs. Boosahda, you were my mentor, my teacher, my friend!

Your Mom was an amazing teacher and wonderful person. I'm so sorry for your loss and my thoughts are with you all right now. I learned so much from her throughout elementary and high school and I think she was the only art teacher I had until I went to Rhode Island School of Design. I will forever be grateful that she taught me how to see the world through the eyes of an artist.
Dear Laurie and all the family,
I'm so sorry to hear of the loss of Emily. She was a special woman with many gifts. When I was in college and studying in Paris, Emily brought Laurie over to visit for a week. I can still remember...Although Laurie and I were the two young ones, we could barely keep up with Emily's pace and excitement. SHE led the charge at having a great time! Her joy and appreciation of beauty was infectious.
Sorry to hear of the loss of your mother .

I have so many happy memories of Aunt Emily. I always loved to be at her house, where I think of lots of excitment, fun and love. She was always so interesting, talented and caring. I was blessed to have her as my amazing Aunt.
Much love to my cousins, Judy
I was Emily's daughter, Sandy's, college roommate for year back in 1973. I will never forget when Sandy accompanied by her sisters, mom, and dad would ALL walk through the hall of the dorm to deliver Sandy back to her room, after a weekend back in West Boylston. What a family! As with most close families, it seems that Emily was a wonderful woman, and very much the "glue' that binds them together. Sorry for your loss Sandy. I still remember, after all these years, the love and respect u have for your mom. Take Care - if your ever near Rutland, or just feel like visiting - please do so...
The Goyette family wish to express our deepest sympathy to all the Boosahda family. We did not know Emily personally, but we do know some of the most wonderful daughters of which she was so proud. The Goyettes ,Barnstable,Ma. via West Boylston

Dear Kim and family-
I am so sorry to hear about your Mom. I have such great memories of hanging out at your house with all of the Boosahda clan and of course seeing her at WBHS. She was so passionate about her art and most of all her family. She loved you all and will now be smiling down on you forever from above.
My thoughts will be with you all in the difficult days ahead.
Mrs Boosahda was a gem. As my art teacher, she gave me my first useful tools. But more importantly, she gave me encouragement as an artist. Her joie de vivre was contagious, and I'll never forget her.
All of us at WE CAN are sending the entire family our love and thoughts. Although we didn't know your Mom, she sounds like an amazing woman. Clearly she has influenced so many. With love, Andi Genser
Dear Sitto, You will always be my favorite artist and my standard for which I will always measure art and craft. You will now be in a place where color has no equal, a place were pain isn't depicted on canvas, a place were grace, beauty, and love will be rejoined. Your creativity and love was un-earthly and inspiring. You were always educational and inspirational. I am so very grateful. Your spirit will live forever. Love always, Your Grandson
My deepest sympathy to your family, she was an amazing person and has inspired many from youth to Elderly! RIP Mrs. Boosahda. Cindy Pearcy
